We are a few minutes' walk to all the Village amenities and the free Village Shuttle Bus. The Valley trail is just across the street. Any applicable refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival.|

|Reservation Changes||Property Sale/Damage-We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. |Excessive Noise||Excessive noise is not permitted and can result in fines or eviction. There is zero tolerance for excessive noise at Montebello and any other disturbance such as vibration, smell etc.... Each incident will result in a $200 fine to the guest.|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are to dispose garbage in designated area. Instructions are located within the property.|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary: upon arrival and departure. Mid stay cleans are included for stays greater than 7 nights. Additional cleaning can be scheduled upon request.|

The kitchen could do with a coffee grinder and maybe a few spices (I always forget those). We have been enjoying Thanksgiving weekend at Montebello for the past several years & usually without a hitch. This year we encountered a mechanical/appliance issue, but both Rob & Jacqui came to our rescue quickly and provided us with a workable solution.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, the house had everything we would need for a very comfortable stay. The area lovely and about 15-20 min walk into the Whistler village center, would probably be less in a summer with no snow & ice.
I marked cleanliness down due to only one thing, and this was when we arrived the dishes in the dishwasher were still dirty, and most of the cups glasses plates etc etc we took out of the cupboards we had to re wash before using. Maybe just check on your cleaning staff now and again to make sure things are spotless.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the only thing was the photos did not really show the condition of the furniture so my expectations of the lounge area was disappointing. The beds were comfortable. Great selection of TV channels as well, as we are avid followers of the NBA and NFL.
I like the no key entry to the unit. The check-in I found disappointing, the staff were not terribly interested, and did not give me any detailed explanation of where the unit was in the complex. Jacqui was really helpful tho!! A big thanks to her!! She came to my rescue.

We had a fantastic stay in this property for our first visit to Whistler. Lots of room for 6 adults and 2 children and everything we needed for a great holiday. We cooked most nights and kitchen was fully equiped with everything we needed.
The spa was awesome after each day skiing and there were plenty of towels! We drove each day to the car parks near lifts and this only took a few minutes, and the walk to the village was easy and fun for the kids in the snow!
We were lucky enough for it to snow while we were there and it was such a magical place to spend Christmas. The house was warm, beds were comfy and very clean.View Full Review
Perfect location for a family or group trip

This property is in the Montebello complex, which is only a 5-10 minute walk from marketplace - the end of the village. During winter, there is a free shuttle which gives easy access to the lifts, but in the off-season, the short walk is beautiful and refreshing.
The property itself is flexible - 4 bedrooms, 2 ensuite, plus fold-out couch. For our trip, it held 3 adults and 2 kids perfectly - plus the owners have left a few toys and board games for kids of all ages to entertain themselves!
Only issue we had was a faulty cordless phone which was diagnosed and replaced in less than 24 hours. Otherwise, we had no complaints! We are heading back to Whsitler in the coming ski season and will seriously consider this location and this property owner/manager for our next (and future) trips!View Full Review

Being meaning to send you guys (the owners) some feedback because there were a couple of things we noticed that should be repaired:
1. The handle to the dishwasher was broken - and the dishwasher really didn't seem to clean the dishes. We did clean our dishes well before they went in and they still came out with scum / dirt on them. I can send a photo of the broken handle if that would be helpful. I will note it was broken before we got there.
2. The grill has fallen off the platform. My husband and his friend attempted to screw it back on, but when I went out the first night to get it going - and took the cover off - it fell off it's stand.View Full Review
Wonderful stay with family in Whistler

Our family stayed very comfortably here for a quick get away to Whistler to do some biking. The owners were very quick to response and great to deal with. The place is as described all beds were very comfortable the home was very clean. We enjoyed watching Netflix movies, the hot tub and having enough table space for all of us to sit down for s meal together. We had 3 small children and the place was great. They drove their bikes on the quiet neighbourhood streets and were able to walk no problem to the village from the house.
The cleaning crew is very attentive, when I wanted to do a bit of laundry there was no soap, I was going to buy some and thought I'd just call the cleaning crew before I did. They came within 15 minutes and dropped off soap. Much appreciated.
Our stay was enjoyable, we walked to the village each day, and made family meals each night. My only suggestion is the description in the welcome letter be a bit more descriptive of where the garbage and recycling are to be taken. I looked for 30 minutes on the street where the garbage was to be taken and didn't realize that the recycling and garbage was housed in a beautiful garage that looked like it was part of someone's propeety with no signage.

We had a few maintenance issues - the bbq had no propane and the shower handle was very loose. We contacted the property managers and they were very responsive - dealt with our issues right away and also followed up the next day. The service was excellent.
It would have been nice to have a few more basics in the unit - salt and pepper, sugar, some spices, aluminum foil, tissues, better toilet paper, etc. We have stayed in other units in Montebello where all those things have been supplied by the owner. We cook almost all our meals in the unit so those items would be very helpful. On the plus side, the cookware and kitchen knives were excellent quality.View Full Review

Great place to stay. We needed a few items and it was taken care of right away. The space is nice with a big family, 4 kids and we took the grands. It would also work well for couples sharing a place, or small group looking for a quiet location. The great room is big enough to accommodate all 8-10 guests, unlike other condos where the great room is too small. The table actually seats 8 comfortably. Nice views of the mountains. Great Location & Fantastic Property

A few friends and i had the pleasure of staying at this property this last month. When we arrived we were very pleased with how close the property is to Whistler Village without being embedded in the crowd! Only a short, pleasant, 1/4 mile stroll and you're right at the Olympic Rings. The house was very clean when we arrived, and the property was a PERFECT size for our group, we had 9 Adults. The check in process is very simple, and in no time we were enjoying the full kitchen, hot tub, and flat screens in every room.
My only 2 comments that would even be somewhat of a negative were, there are absolutely no spices including Salt/Pepper. I'm okay with that if I know it, so just use this review as your notice :) Second, using the hot tub, and with 9 people we ran out of towels almost immediately. We ended up using the dryer, but if I were the owner I would put out a few extra per bathroom just to make up for the hot tubbing/showering.

Holiday in Whistler

I stayed here for 5 nights with a group of 8 people for a ski/snowboard holiday. Our first impression upon entering the property was that the entrance was a bit small. Most of the rooms are on the ground level, with the bigger master room on the 2nd floor. The property was generally good, but lacked some general amenities such as sufficient toilet paper, kitchen towels, dish washing liquid and cooking oil. Also, we found that the sofa bed was very dirty when opened up and the sheets were not properly washed. There were also insufficient towels for the property, even though it was advertised to fit 9 people.
The location is also a bit out of the way. It takes around 15 mins to walk to the grocery stores and a further 15 mins to the gondola, so if you're planning to ski/snowboard, your best option is to call a taxi as there is no free shuttle bus close by either.
All in all, we still enjoyed our stay at this property, the hot tub was fantastic and the service was efficient. I would recommend this property for no more than parties of 7 people!View Full Review Owner Has Responded
