This is a second level entry townhome, with stairs up to the front door. The unit itself is two levels, with new furnishings for 2003. The main level consists of the kitchen, dining and living room areas, along with a bathroom. The upstairs contains two spacious bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Professionally decorated and well maintained!

You can literally park your car and not see it until you leave! Unit itself is located within quiet area of complex, away from street and pedestrian noise.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments non refundable, unless unit is re-booked . Re-booked nights will be refunded, less 4% administration fee.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund! .
Housekeeping Clean on arrival and cleaned after departure. Complimentary cleaning every 5th day for stays of 8 nights or more. Additional cleaning available at guests own expense
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Ski Resort .
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour maintenance service provided .
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Six (6) .
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to $1,000 CAD on their credit card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to, lost revenue, noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants' behaviour while in the property or on common premises.

If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products

Is your reservation calendar accurate? We ensure that our property reservation calendar is 100% accurate at all times. Therefore, if you see dates that are not reserved, you may safely assume that they are still available at the time of viewing the calendar.

Pets

Will you accept small clean pets? Our strat by-laws prohibit rental guests from bringing pets into our home. Sorry - we are animals lovers too - but we cannot allow them.

Payment

What are the payment terms? A 25% deposit is required at booking, with the balance required 45 days prior to your arrival. You will receive an email a few days prior to the 45 day period, reminding you of the final payment due date.

Thank you for visiting our web site! We are Olga Nordahl and Janet Batty - a mother/daughter, owner/manager team. Our families reside in the Vancouver, BC, Canada area and are all avid skiers. We fell in love with Whistler on our skiing adventures, and all that it has to offer, and decided to purchase our vacation home. Whistler represents everything that is beautiful and special about British Columbia, right down to the international flavour of the resort, the incredible landscape and the endless outdoor activities.
