This is a second level entry townhome, with stairs up to the front door. The unit itself is two levels, with new furnishings for 2003. The main level consists of the kitchen, dining and living room areas, along with a bathroom. The upstairs contains two spacious bedrooms, and a full bathroom. |Will you accept small clean pets?||Our strat by-laws prohibit rental guests from bringing pets into our home. Sorry - we are animals lovers too - but we cannot allow them.|
|What are the payment terms?||A 25% deposit is required at booking, with the balance required 45 days prior to your arrival. You will receive an email a few days prior to the 45 day period, reminding you of the final payment due date.|
