Welcome to our beautiful mountain resort home at Stoney Creek Northstar! No GST! This complex is considered to be in the best location in Whistler Village. We are across the street from the Village North Marketplace, your one-stop shop for groceries, liquor, pharmacy, coffee, fast food and restaurants. Walk, run or ride the Whistler Valley Trail right from your doorstep! We are near the village yet in a quiet location so your stay is peaceful and serene.
Our townhouse is located in a quiet location of the Northstar complex featuring 1000 square feet on two levels with a balcony and new bbq (Sept. 2014). The main floor has an open concept floor plan consisting of the living room w/ a queen sofa bed and gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, dining room (seats 6), as well as a full bathroom with washer and dryer. The second level has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, along with a large bathroom with jet bathtub. Enjoy FREE high-speed wireless internet throughout the unit.
Additional amenities include a year-round heated pool and hot tub just a short walk away from our unit yet due to our location, we do not hear any noise from the pool area. Ski-lifts are an 8 - 10 minute walk away or take the free shuttle that stops directly in front of the complex leaving every ten minutes throughout the day.

This is a second-level entry townhouse, with stairs leading up to the front door. The unit itself is 1000 sq. ft. with two levels and is tastefully decorated. The main level consists of an open-concept plan consisting of the kitchen, dining and living room areas, along with a full bathroom and private laundry facilities. The upstairs consists of two spacious bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Beautifully decorated and well maintained!

|Is your reservation calendar accurate?||We ensure that our property reservation calendar is 100% accurate at all times. Therefore, if you see dates that are not reserved, you may safely assume that they are still available at the time of viewing the calendar.|
|Will you accept small clean pets?||Our strat by-laws prohibit rental guests from bringing pets into our home. Sorry - we are animals lovers too - but we cannot allow them.|
|What are the payment terms?||A 25% deposit is required at booking, with the balance required 45 days prior to your arrival. You will receive an email a few days prior to the 45 day period, reminding you of the final payment due date.|
Thank you for visiting our website! We are Dan Cave and Shelly Slaughter. Our primary residence is in Parksville on Vancouver Island and we have purchased our new home in Whistler to be closer to Dan's son Nicholas who lives in Whistler full-time. We grew up on Vancouver Island and both graduated from high school in Parksville. Dan lived and worked in Whistler for over 20 years while Shelly has been a high school counsellor in School District 69 (Qualicum Beach) for the past 27 years. We are both ecstatic to be spending time back in a place that holds many wonderful memories for us! Whistler represents everyting that is beautiful and special about British Columbia, right down to the international flavour of the resort, the incredible landscape and the endless outdoor activities. Great property. Only downside was that the hot tub in the complex was always packed. Not an issue for owners but more a issue for the complex. Parking was very tight for a SUV and instructions for parking in other spots were confusing; were we allowed to park in other "reserved" or only this without being marked as "reserved".View Full Review Owner Has Responded
