 Welcome!

We are located in Whistler Village North in the elegant Montebello complex. You'll love the private hot tub, luxurious decor, heated slate floors, rock gas fireplace, BBQ, 4 TVs (main one is 42inch LCD), Blue-Ray DVD, FREE wireless internet and impressive views of the ski hills! We also offer discounts to repeat guests and for long stays. Our place is a 5 minute walk to a free bus that runs very frequently and that makes one stop on it's way to the lifts. Total transit time to the lifts would be around 15 minutes. We usually leave our skis, poles and boots in a storage facility at the base that charges a reasonable fee (circa C$7 per day). Right by the same bus stop is Marketplace, which has all essentials. Marketplace is also the start of a pedestrian walkway that takes you all the way to the lifts, past all the shops, bars and restaurants. Walking from the lifts to our place takes 15 minutes. We usually never use the car we rent when we are in our home! Taxis are one of the best bargains and are very efficient in Whistler (around C$6 to the center). You also don't want to sleep in the center of town, due to the noise from nightclubs and revelers (even though you may may be one of them!). Once you book with us, we will put you in touch with our concierge , who is can help you pre-book lift tickets for the week or anything else for that matter. She also arranges to have food and drink waiting for you in the fridge so you don't have to hit Marketplace immediately upon arrival. Suggesting and booking off-hill activities such as heli-skiing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, cross country skiing. For most activities we can recommend the experience first hand. We prefer to work with smaller operators who deliver really great, personalized and professional products. Restaurant recommendations and reservations: Restaurants, particularly the better ones, can be very busy so reservations are a good idea if you want to dine at a reasonable hour. Our place is a 5 minute walk to a free shuttlebus that runs very frequently and that makes two stops on it's way to the lifts. Total transit time to the lifts would be around 15 minutes. We usually leave our skis and poles in a rental hut on the mountain or at the base that charges a reasonable rental fee (circa C$6 per day) and then bring our boots back and forth from the mountain (you can leave your comfortable walking shoes in the rental hut while skiing). Right by the same shuttlebus stop is Marketplace, which has all essentials. Marketplace is also the start of a pedestrian walkway that takes you all the way to the lifts, past all the shops, bars and restaurants. Walking from the lifts to our place takes 15 minutes.  Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit is 25% of rent exclusive of tax upon booking, balance due 45 days prior to arrival.  A $100.00 handling charge will be applied for cancellations with more than 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to arrival you will lose 100% of the total amount if the residence cannot be re-rented for the same price and duration.

CUSTOMER DISCRETION: A reservation is for the specified number of guests. Should a mid-term property inspection determine that the maximum number of guests (8) has been exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer should we deem it necessary. Additional charges may result from any increase in party size.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payments are refundable net of handling charge up until due balance date (45 days prior to arrival). If cancellation occurs after full balance has been paid, we will return the payment less the handling charge only if an equivalent replacement booking is found

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
