Welcome to our lovely house in Montebello II in North Whistler Village!
Located just minutes from Whistler and Blackcomb mountains, close to golf courses and cross country trails, this townhome features heated slate floors in the entryway, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining rooms.
Furnished to an exceptionally high standard, you will enjoy sitting by the fireplace at the end of full day's activities in the surrounding area. With 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms you will have plenty of room to relax!
For your convenience, we now offer high-speed DSL internet access in our unit as well!

First Floor- A large entry way with underfloor heating leading to 2 spacious beds rooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a den, which together can sleep 6. Also, a locking garage, with plenty of space to store your ski gear, your private hot tub and a washer/dryer
Second Floor- The master bedroom with King size bed and ensuite bathroom, plus the main living area, which consists of the living and dining rooms, the kitchen and a powder room. there are great views of Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains from the windows and the deck

All cancellations are subject to a charge of 4% of total payments made (including GST). All payments non-refundable within 45 days of arrival. For cancellations made prior to 45 days of arrival: 1) Cancellation charge of 4% will be assessed on all payments made to date. 2) Original deposit is refundable. For cancellations made within 45 days of arrival: 1) Original deposit is non-refundable. 2) Balance of payment is non-refundable unless a substitute booking can be made. Any refunded balance of payment is subject to a cancellation charge of 4%. |

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site |

Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. |

Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 11 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. The hot tub area can be used after 11pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation out of respect for our neighboring families. |
