Owners will assume additional accommodation-related relocation costs up to $1000 CAD. If a comparable property is not available, the booking will be cancelled with a full refund.|
|Snow Guarantee||For each day that greater than 70% of the lifts are closed due to extraordinary weather conditions, the Owner will refund 50% of 1 corresponding night. Guest must notify Owner on the qualifying day so that lift status can be verified. Valid Jan 1-March 31|
|How do I get the check-in information?||After your deposit is payed we will email you a full set of check-in instructions|
|What if I leave my information at home?||Please call us enroute to Whistler, we will arrange to meet you at the unit, and/or give you the access code to enter the unit|
|How do I get my GST tax back?||When you check-in we you will find an envelope with your receipt for payment in full. We will provide the document required to process your refund as well.|
|How do I check-in?||We will be emailing you a full set of check-in instructions. This information will also contain the code to access the unit, no keys required! There is also information about the unit and the Aspen's complex.|
|Can I check-in early?||Please check with us a few dats ahead of arrival. If someone is leaving on your day of arrival we cannot guarantee it will be ready for the 3.30pm check-in time. Please inquire.|
|Can we leave our bags etc. when I arrive even if the unit has not been cleaned yet?||Yes, as long as the previous guests have left. Please knock on the door first , and leave a note for the cleaning staff . Leave bags in the entry way.|
|Do I have to pay more for an early check-in?||No|
|Can I check-out late?||Please inquire with us a few days before check-out, this may be possible if no one is checking in that day.|
|What time is check-out?||10.30 am this is strictly enforced.|
|What happens if the cleaners show up at the condo and we are not ready to leave?||Please make sure you are ready. Our cleaning staff have a tight schedule. If you are late then our next guests will arrive to a condo that is not clean.|
|How do I check-out?||Please check all cupboards, closets, and under the bed for your personal items . Make sure you take your receipt with you so you can claim back the GST tax (for no-residents only).|

|Is there a ski shop at The ASPEN'S?||Yes, adjacent to the front desk, at the lobby area. Great for last minute purchases, ski tuning available.|
|Is there a Spa for massage, and beauty services?||Located below he Aspen's is a resort hotel - The Chateau Whistler. The hotel has a wonderful spa for all of the above! Great Apres ski as well in the Mallard lounge, the best in Whistler!|
