If you want to be in the center of the Whistler experience, this is the place. Our unit is in the heart of Whistler Village, a one minute walk to the lifts and the Whistler golf course. The large windows look out over one of Whistler's busiest walkways, great for people watching!
We like to let everyone know that being in the centre of town can be noisy, our unit is above and close to many popular nightclubs, bars and restaurants, you are centre of town! This is one of the best locations in town in regards to being in the heart of Whistler Village. You will hear music within your suite from 10 pm till 2 am. We have a strict non-refund policy for noise, please be certain that when you book, noise is not an issue. Having said this, our nightly rates offer great value for your money and proximity to the ski lifts and Whistler Golf Course.

Policies
Property policies are firm and will require your acceptance when you book our home. Please read them carefully, and contact us if you have any questions or concerns about them. We have a strict no refund policy for noise caused by the bars or thier patrons, please insure this is not a problem before booking. A damage deposit may be required for longer stays. Smoking in our unit will be grounds an additional charge to your credit card and possible eviction from our unit. Please note that the person renting (paying for) our unit must be in attendance during rental period.

Reservation deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation after final payment is delivered, is refundable by the number of nights re-booked in a replacement reservation, at the replacement rate. Please note that we have a strict 'Non-Refund' policy for noise complaints. This unit is two floors above a nightclub and does have some noise problems. You will hear music within the unit. |

Hello!! My name is Clare, I am a long time Whistler local who moved here in search of fresh powder and just never left. Whistler has everything for the outdoor enthusiast, I'm either found on the mountain, cross country skiing, golfing, mountain biking or just hanging out in one of many of the Whistler parks around the lakes.
