A warm Whistler welcome to our lovey home. This near new... non smoking 983 sq. ft./ two bdrm./ two bath/ fireplace, fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A pool and hot tub is located in the complex. I hope you enjoy visiting Whistler and my home as much as I do when I stay there. First floor: large entrance with ski storage leads to livingroom, diningroom, bathroom/shower and kitchen with separate laundry. TV/VCR/stereo, queen sofa bed in livingroom Second floor: wide stairs to master bedroom with en-suite bathroom/shower which also has lockable access from the landing, [beds can be configured twin/king] second bedroom with twin beds[can be king]

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payments are non-refundable. We will refund your money if we can replace your booking; refunds are at the re-booked rate and no of nights re-booked, all subject to a 5% cancellation fee
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with payment
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We cannot be held respomsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information 30 days prior to arrival. Later for last minute reservations
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract Required to confirm reservation. Please sign, date and return your Reservation Confirmation Letter as requested
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation without refund of deposit. Re-booking can be done if the dates are still available; deposit will not be re-charged
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. Reservation Changes If availability permits, and in accordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availibility permits. If you would like to shorten your booking however, note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, it will be re-adjusted to reflect the shortened reservation

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

Liability We are expressly excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, whilst in transit to, or while on resort property.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people overnight. Strictly enforced. Parties of 7 people or more will be evicted
Property Damage Guests will pay for all damage incurred whilst they are occupying the property, whether incurred by themselves or their own guests. By accepting the Guest Stay Contract, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur

Lots of stairs!

While we were happy with the location to the village, having to carry luggage and food for a 10 day stay up the 30+ stairs from the garage to the unit and another 15+ stairs to the bedrooms got old real fast. Being instructed by the owner to notify them on arrival of items requiring attention so as not to be charged, the owner was quick to acknowledge my email but maintenance never showed while we were there. We were very surprised not to see housekeeping during our stay, we expected them by the 5th or 6th day. Items needing repair included a window screen that we had to tape to keep in place, closet doors off their runners, microwave vent cover broken off, drink stained carpet, and cigarette butts scattered on the deck. We appreciated the laundry facilities in the unit, the kitchen utensil were adequate but could of use some serving dishes, and the beds were very comfortable. While we've always enjoyed our time in Whistler, we'll be looking for someplace with less stairs next time.
