We accept on line payments via the secured reservation process through AlluraDirect by either Visa or Mastercard.All rates are subject to 16% tax which is reflected in our lower rates.The 6% GST portion of the tax is refundable to non residents of Canada.We can also take payment by personal cheque or direct bank transfer...the choice is yours!It will be up to our discretion as to whether you will be charged a damage deposit or not and if we choose to charge it, the damage deposit must be forwarded by cheque or money order regardless of how your accommodation was paid for.

We have the perfect location right in Whistler 's Village North directly across the street from Whistler's largest grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, video store and even McDonald's.We are located right on the free village shuttle route so you can be at the mountain base in 2 minutes or take a leisurely stroll through the village and be at the base in 5-8 minutes.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Arrival Days We accept arrivals on any day of the week!. We prefer not to have guests arriving/departing on Christmas or New Years Day
Cancellations Made by Guests your deposit payment is non refundable in cases of cancellation when only your deposit portion of your reservation has been made. Cancellations made after full payment has been made, 25% or your deposit portion of your payment is still non refundable.The remaining 75% is only refundable based on the number of nights rebooked and at the rebooked rate
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted!. Reservations will only be confirmed with payment and a signed guest stay contract
Delayed Arrivals No Refunds!. Unforseen circumstances such as road closures, poor driving conditions or delayed flight arrivals etc...will not constitute a refund!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information approx 30 days prior to arrival. Later for last minute reservations
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract Required to confirm reservation. Please sign, date and return your Reservation Confirmation Letter as requested
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the specified due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. You may re-book the dates based on availability.The deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Reservation Changes If availability permits and in accordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits.If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable.If you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similiarly non-refundable.If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4 p.m. do not arrive earlier unless it has been pre-arranged
Check-Out Time 10 a.m promptly. You must be out of the unit at the specified check-out time.This includes your vehicle from the underground parkade as well as the keys returned to our unit.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any excessive cleaning costs resulting from your stay will be charged back to you.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund!. No noise policy in effect after the hours of 11pm.This is a family complex, please respect other guests staying in the complex.All units have a number displayed in the unit for guest to call regarding after hours noise complaints.If a noise complaint is lodged against you, we will also be notified.If there are any fines etc resulting from the complaint you will be responsible for them.
Garbage Removal All garbage must be removed from the unit on departure.
Housekeeping complimentary! Mistakes sometimes happen.If the unit has not been cleaned by 4pm please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Locking Door please make sure the unit dorr is locked upon exiting the property.....it does not lock automatically!!.
Maintenance Emergencies Complete emergency contacts provided for our guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 people overnight. Strictly enforced!
Missing Items You are responsible for any missing items from the property.
Noise Restrictions Strictly enforced!!. There are contact numbers in all units to report noise violations after 11pm
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage The guest will incurr all expenses relating to property damage while staying in our unit caused by either him/herself or anyone in their party.Lost sets of keys will incurr a $75.00 charge per set. By accepting our guest stay contract, you agree to pay us for all damages.Please inform us of any damages or anything requiring our attention so that we can remedy the situation immediately so our next guests stay will not be disrupted in any way.Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,lost keys,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Terms of Eviction By 24 hour security company. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace or exceeding the number of allowed guests in unit.
