Our inviting home is conveniently located on ground level with a private patio which is excellent for unloading your vehicle,prior to parking in the secured free underground.garage(2 stalls) Main Floor boasts a fantastic view of the mountains from the living area and kitchen and a foyer with ski boot shelves and ski racks for all your gear. The second bedroom is on this floor as well with an ensuite and powder room. Second Floor huge master bedroom with large mirrored closet and ensuite, a small bedroom next to master with bunk beds perfect for kids to be close to parents

Our home is virtually on the steps of Whistler Village North>b>. Located within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and groceries.Whistler Golf Course is a 10 minute walk. Hiking and cycling trails are close at hand that lead to picturesque parks and pristine glacier lakes in the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter. Best of all, the ski lifts are a 15 minute walk away or catch the free shuttle outside the townhome on Northlands Blvd.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days We accept arrivals any day of the week!.
Cancellations Made by Guests All Payments are non-refundable,except if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be based on the number of nights rebooked and rebooked rate;refunds will be subject to 5% cancellation fee
Delayed Arrivals No refund given. Sorry, we cannot be responsible for weather/traffic delays!(see highway closure times in check-in info)
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete check-in info with access code and resort map with paid balance of reservation.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract Once your reservation is accepted online you agree to our terms and conditions.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Reservation Changes If availablity permits and in concordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your stay if availability permits. if you would like to shorten your stay, your deposit calculated on your original reservation is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance in full then this is similarly non-refundable. If you have not yet paid the balance then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened stay

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs
Excessive Noise You will be evicted without refund and at your expense if any fines are incurred by security company or police.
Forgotten Items by Guest
Garbage Removal
Housekeeping Complimentary before and after departure/complimentary mid-stay cleans provided for bookings of 8 or more nights. Mistakes happen! If for some reason a housekeeping error occurs please call the "Cleaner/Maint" number provided in your check-in package. We will attempt to rectify the situation asap. If it happens to be a late night arrival there is a clean set of extra linens in the unit.

Check In Info

How do I get the check in info? When we receive your final payment,we will send you resort information,combination to key pad door lock,complete directions and instructions and emergency conatact information in the mail. If you are making a last minute reservation, you will receive the info by courier.
What happens if it doesn't arrive on time? PLease let us know and we will email you the info and directions to assist you in any way to get you there safe and sound!
What if I leave my package at home? Please let us know as soon as possible(while you ar enroute) and we will give the necessary info over the phone(resort pamphlets etc. are in the condo) to get you into the condo safely.

Checking In

How do I check-in? We will send you the combination to the key pad door lock, with instructions. You just arrive in Whistler and drive straight to the property and begin your vacation!
Can I check in early? Please check with us a few days before you arrive. If someone is leaving on your arrival day, then we cannot guarantee that it will be ready before 4:00 p:m. Sometimes however it is possible our home is ready prior to this time so you can start your vacation the minute you arrive in Whistler.
Can I leave my luggage etc. there when I arrive even if the unit has not been cleaned yet? Yes, as long as the previous guests have checked out(10:00 am), you can leave everything in the hall with a note for our cleaners. PLEASE knock prior to entering the unit!

Checking Out

Can I check-out late? This may be possible. Please check with us a few days prior to your arrival date.
What is check-out time? 10:00 am and this is strictly enforced!
What happens if we aren't ready to leave when the cleaners arrive? The 10:00 am check out time is strictly enforced. It is not possible for the changeover between guests to run smoothly without this. Please consider the next guest arriving to begin their vacation and how disappointing it would be to arrive to a dirty condo that is not ready!
How do I check out? You simply return the underground parking key to it's proper hook and ensure the dishwasher is loaded and turned on. Deposit the trash in the disposal as you leave the underground parking, turn all thermostats to 10C, replace lid on hottub and close the door. Lock up on your way out!

Emergencies

What if something goes wrong? Please call us first and we will then call the necessary maintenance person.
What if the property is not cleaned when I arrive? If it is after 4:00 pm, then something has likely gone wrong. Contact us and we will sned the cleaners there immediately. If for the unlikely reason they cannot come there are always extra sets of linens in the condo and the cleaners will be ther first thing the next morning. You will be compensated for this inconvenience.

What do people usually forget to bring? Cameras, binoculars, sandals, bathing suits and robe for hot tub and CD's (you can rent videos at sore 2 min walk away)
What are things that you have there already that I may think I need to pack? Hairdryers(one), soap, shampoo,alarm clocks.
