    It's a unique 2 storey town home with a vaulted ceiling! Ground floor entrance leads to a kitchen, dining room, living room and a full bathroom. Off the living room is a patio with a private hot tub. On the second floor is a laundry room, a large mater bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath tub and a second bedroom with a peek-a-boo view of the mountains. A great lay out for a family!

    Reservation & Cancellation Policies

    Cancellations Made by Guests Refund with 60days notice. First night deposit non-refundable; for less than 60days notice: refund portion of booking if replaced
    Delayed Arrivals Owner is not responsible for delay of arrivals. no refunds.
    Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided when fully paid. Combination lock allows us to accept last minute bookings!
    Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

    Guest Stay Policies

    Check-In Time 4:00 pm. Contact us prior to arrival for early check-in
    Check-Out Time 10:00 am.
    Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
    Excessive Cleaning Costs The rental guests are responsible for excessive cleaning costs.
    Excessive Noise will be evicted of unit of guest causes excessive noise complaints.
    Garbage Removal remove garbage upon check-out. All garbages must be thrown away in the garbage bins in the garbage room by the parking entrance/exit.
    Housekeeping Included in our rates. Before and after your stay, plus every 5days for a stay of 8days or more; extra available at request
    Liability Owner is not liable for any bodily injuries during a guest's stay. The rental guests are liable and responsible for any damages to our property and its contents and any injuries which may occur during his/her stay.
    Locking Door Please lock the door manually each time you leave our unit.
    Maintenance Emergencies On call 24 hours!. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
    Maximum Sleeping Capacity no more than 6.
    Missing Items Rental guests will be fully responsible for any missing items.
    Noise Restrictions strict bylaw. Glacier's Reach has a strict Noise Bylaw with a 24hr onsite security guard. No loud noises after 11pm.
    Parking & Ticketing secured underground parking. 2 reserved car spaces
    Property Damage $750. Rental guests will be contacted for a damage deposit via credit card. Your credit card is on HOLD for a damage deposit of $750. Any damages will be charged to your account.
    Rental Accommodation Zoning zoned for nightly rentals.
    Terms of Eviction By 24hr. security company. Will be evicted for excessisve noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

    We, Diana Chang & John Ward, and Andria & Peter Lee, are the owners of Glacier's Reach Unit #110. We are PALS@WHISTLER! We are 2 couples with young children who love to ski and play at Whistler. We live in Vancouver and love our Whistler home and come up as often as we can to enjoy the outdoors all year around. We welcome you to our home and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!
