Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon Guest departure.
Excessive Noise
Garbage Removal Guests are required to remove garbage to facility located in underground garage.
Housekeeping before and after each stay.
Liability I am excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in my home, while in transit to or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies
Maximum Sleeping Capacity sleeps 4.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Glacier Reach has noise restriction after 11PM.

My family includes myself,my son & daughter. We live in Burnaby and try to get up to Whistler as often as we can, It has been a great get away place for all of us. My teenage kids love to ski & I love to shop. I work for Telus & hope to one day retire up in Whistler

We enjoyed our stay at Glacier's Reach. The location was good - everything was within walking distance. Having secure underground parking for the car was a bonus.The hot tub was lovely at the end of the day. It was great to have 2 bathrooms - especially with teenagers!

We had a wonderful stay. Check-in and check-out were easy. The location by the Village is easy but tucked away enough to avoid crowds. Had a great time with our family of four. Had a couple minor issues (and unlikely the owner's problem) on the first night that were quickly resolved. Leslie, the owner, was very quick to reply. Our only suggestion would be to have a book or binder upon getting in the place that says where everything is and how to operate or troubleshoot. We're just used to that at other rentals and find it helpful if having trouble with the TV or wanting to know the amenities at the property without having to walk around and see. Great stay and highly recommend it.
