FANTASTIC OUTDOOR POOL AREA FOR SOAKING UP THE RAYS.
My home is a spacious and well appointed 1 bedroom air-conditioned condo (sleeps 4) at The Marquise. It has a great ski-in ski-out location in winter and in summer you are a short walk to Lost Lake for swimming and picnics. The complex has excellent facilities (pool, hot tub, sauna, games room) and is great value for money.

Property Description
The property is made up of the main room which has an open plan kitchen, dining area and livingroom. This room has a large window looking up Blackcomb mountain.
There is then a separate bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage space. There is a door between the bathroom and bedroom allowing en suite access, as well as direct access from the main room.

Deposit payments are non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if canceled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking. |

Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site |

destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws

Will be accommodated if possible, in concordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid your balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable.
