2nd bedroom sleeps 4 (rustic double bunkbeds). The location of the unit is very beautiful and quiet. A short walk to everything you could want. You don't need to use your car for anything.


The private patio off the living room is a great place to barbeque or read the morning paper. You can walk out and enjoy the tranquil lagoon! The Village is across the street so you can enjoy the many shops and wonderful restaurants. Lost Lake is a short and beautiful walk away, or bring you bikes!!

We can arrange for discount ski lift tickets, gear rental, shuttles to and from Whistler as well as car rental. I can recommend and make reservations at any of the wonderful restaurants.

Across the street from village. You are a short walk or bike away from Lost Lake and BlackComb Village. The ski lifts are a short walk or enjoy the free shuttle from the unit The grocery store (IGA), video store, drug store, liquor store and McDonalds are a 2 minute walk from the unit (across the street basically). There are many shops and restaurants across from the unit as you enter Whister Village.

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund!.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.
Housekeeping Provide before and after stay. For summer stay less than 3 nights a cleaning fee of $95 applies. Rental 7 nights or more can arrange for cleaning during stay
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability If the access key card is not left in the unit you will be charge $60 for a replacement.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6-8. Will be evicted if more than 8 overnight occupants
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.

Great kids activities In the winter our kids love the area adjacent to the unit to built forts and play in the snow. In the summer they use the area to reconstruct "Survivor". The water park in Whistler is great in the summer. Blackcomb Village is a great spring, summer and fall hangout for kids!
Great places to eat with kids Milestones is a short walk(across the street). Death By Chocolate great for hot chocolate. Mongolia Grill is good for stir fries that the kids can pick their own ingridents.

About Us

My dad Harbans owns our "home away from home" in Whistler. My husband and I take care of it for him. We have always enjoyed Whistler in the spring, summer and fall, you can tell we don't ski. Our children enjoy the winter in Whistler, sledding and snowball fights! Unfortunately we just moved away from Vancouver to Wisconsin US, so we won't be able to enjoy our place as often. I am sure that after one winter here we will not want to go to a place where it snows. I love decorating the place for our guests to enjoy. Leaving little added things for our guests gives us great joy. We like hearing from our guests how much they enjoyed our place. It is a place that you cannot help but fall in love with. Stoney Creek Lagoons is our favorite place to stay. Location is just off the village stroll and very close to amenities like grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, restaurants. The free village bus stops right across the street which is also a big plus in the winter.

We enjoy the extra space these units offer over a hotel room. This unit's kitchen is well appointed, which we always appreciate as we like to make a lot of our own meals and entertain our local family and friends. Excellent Internet, a good selection of tv channels, and a big bundle of games available.

We have stayed in several units on the Lagoons development & found this one to be very good. It's in need of a little touching up but as we stayed at the end of a busy season that's understandable.

The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen generally well stocked with both basic herbs & spices and utensils; although lacked many matching glasses, but again this is to expected at the end of the season.

The owner was very quick with responses & nothing was too much trouble.

Great little condo for the price. Close to everything - easy shuttle bus access to slopes etc. ( Unit is just a little in need of some TLC - bunk beds in 2nd bedroom definitely not adult friendly - a bit wobbly) Helpful owner is particularly quick in responding to any issues.

Comfortable and well-equipped

Kitchen cookware was a bit tired and warped but usable (we had a gourmet cook in our group who expected better cookware utensils and pots/pans). Did not realize there was no communal or private hot tub available but not a requirement to a pleasant stay. Side walls and ceiling a bit thin (heard neighbors speaking on either sides of bedrooms and upstairs). Otherwise a great value and enjoyable stay.

The property is conveniently located just a few minute walk from the market and village. It's well equipped and suited our large family nicely. There were just a few things that needed to be updated but nothing too important. In general, I recommend the stay here!

great value and location by the lagoon

This condo is in a great location across from the village with a 2 minute walk to the Olympic plaza.The lagoon was a peaceful setting to have your morning coffee or your late afternoon cocktail(dancing dragonflies and butterflies included with the view). We were thankful for an earlier check in which allowed us to enjoy the Canada day festivities.

There is no pool or hot tub in this part of the stoney creek development but this also kept the noise of squealing children away and minimized the foot traffic. Although the bedrooms back onto a greenbelt, the greenbelt backs onto the main sea to sky highway which provides you with quite a bit of early morning noise if your bedroom windows are open.

Still a great deal for 2 bed/2 bathroom condo and we would consider renting again.
