  • Three bedroom townhouse, sleeps 6. Note: although there is a Queen Size sofa bed in the living room, I prefer rent to group of maximum 6 so everyone has own private sleeping area.
  • Size: 1087 square feet.
  • Walking distance to grocery, liquor store and restaurantt (located across Northland Boulevard)
  • Free shuttle to ski lifts to both mountains.
  • Granite counter top and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen
  • Hardwood floor in the living area and new carpet  (replaced in 2014) in bedrooms area
  • Rain shower in bathrooms (2 full and 1 half bathrooms)
  • Free Wireless internet access, cable HDTV, DVD, and Stereo

Rates are by the night for 6 occupants. Note: Please click Reserve Requests on the top menu. This unit can be reserved online instantly.

Rates do not include 5% GST. Rates are posted in Canadian Dollar. All Deposits ar charged in Canadian Dollar. $500 damage deposit will be charged with initial deposit of 25%. The balance of 75% will be due 45 days prior to arrival. You will receive e-mail reminders for balance due. Damage deposit will be refunded via credit card within 10 days of departure. Note: If you book on www.alluradirect.com website for payment, please provide credit card info after depature for damage deposit refund since I don't have any credit card info paid thru Alluradirect website.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking Reseve Now. Our site takes live reservations 24 hours a day, therefore, we operate on a first come/first serve basis
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for delayed arrivals!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Once receive final payment, a check-in information will be e-mailed.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract When you book online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Property Sale All bookings will be preserved in the event of a property sale. If the booking is not preserved by the new Owners, the new Owners will be contractually bound to move your booking at their expense.
Reservation Changes Reservation may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation pending on availability. If you want to shorten your stay, note the deposite calculated based on 25% of original balance is not refundable. If you have already paid your balance, similarly it will not be refundable. If you have not paid your balance, the balance can be re-adjusted based on your new length of stay.

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Bike Storage Designated bike storage is available in underground parking. Open bike storage with underground parking door key. No bike storage allowed inside the unit
Check-In Time 4 pm-strictly enforced.
Check-Out Time 10 am-strictly enforced. If cleaner shows up and guests have not checked out by 10am. $30/hour charged will be billed counting from 10am to time of checking out.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Steam cleaning due to excessive contamination of the unit will be charged to the occupants.
Excessive Noise Based on Stoney Creek, Lagoon bylaw, excess noise is not allowed after 10pm. We will forfeit entire damage deposit if excessive noise complaint had been made to Strata Management Company.
Garbage Removal Remove all garbages to garbage room located at the entrance of garage when checking out. Recycle if possible.
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure. Complimentary midstay cleans provided for bookings of 8 or more nights. If any linen is stained and cannot be cleaned in a reasonable fashion, the replacement cost will be charged against damage deposit.
Internet Availability & Usage Free wireless internet access.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Will be provided with check-in package.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Reservations are made based on maximum 6 guests. If this is exceeded guest will be asked to leave with no refund.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Parking & Ticketing Guests have one designated spot in underground parking. Parking stall # will be supplied with Check-In e-mail. For additional parking, park in any Non-Reserved spot for up to 7 days.

Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $3000 charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to : noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises
Rental Accommodation Zoning Legally zoned for nightly rental.
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, disturbing the peace; excess of 6 overnight occupants without our permission.

Policy Description
Reservation Guarantee Property sale/damage, we will relocate you to a comparable property. If we fail to relocate you, full refund will be provided. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for any unexpected events.

Alternatively, you can buy single lift tickets from any 7/11 stores in the Lower Mainland in Vancouver. It is about 15% cheaper with no refund. Please note 7/11 stores in Whistler do not sell lift tickets.

Get to ski hill from our condo

How do I get from your unit to Whistler or Blackcomb ski hills? Take Free-Shuttle in the morning. It comes every 5 minutes, and get you there in around 3 minutes. There are special "Pockets" on the side of the Buses for Skiis.

Parking

Can I park more than one cars in your underground parking? Yes, one car can park in our unit designated parking stall. The stall # is listed on the Check-In e-mail which you will receive after final payment. The other cars can park in any unreserved spots for up to seven days as long as you are Stoney Creek, Lagoon guests.

Nice location but just ok.

Place could use some work. Walls on stairs are marked up. One bathroom has water marks going down the wall. Front door key sensitive and tough to use. For some reason there is a large dresser right in the middle of the upstairs hallway? Need a better cleaning service. Found dust and old popcorn under the furniture. Some of the utensils and pots had dried food on them and needed to be washed. A few of the cups had big chips on the lip. Master bedroom is nice but other rooms are small. Pretty quiet but could hear some traffic noise from Hwy 99. Modern appliances. Great location. Convenient parking. You can walk to everything. Shuttle stop is right across the street from the Lagoon complex.

It was very easy to find and access the property. The location is quite good. The inside is very nice and everyone was comfortable. Only con could be that there was no hot tub, other than that it was great!

Recommended if you want to be close to the village but just outside enough that you can get some peace and quiet at night! Big, roomy condo with a very handy 3 bathrooms and heater for your snowboard gear.
