The entrance to this townhome is private and at street level. The front entry has a large closet and also leads into the den/family room. The large den has a SOFA BED, and boasts a 50" DVD/TV with lots of room for the kids! From the entry, a hallway leads past a bathroom and the laundry facilities, to the living room, dining room and kitchen. This area has floor to ceiling windows, with panoramic views, and a sliding door leading out onto the patio and hot tub. From the living room, with its vaulted ceiling and large fireplace, stairs lead up to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has an ensuite bathroom shared with the 3rd bedroom. In addition, the 3rd bedroom has a private deck.

Montebello is at the north end of Village North. It is conveniently located - a few minutes walk from all the Village amenities and the Free Shuttle Bus. | What if I'm not ready to leave at check-out time? | This creates a problem with the cleaners trying to get in to do their job in time for the next guest to arrive. Check-out time is mandatory unless we have approved a late check-out. |
| What happens if I leave things behind in your home? How do I get them back? | Any of your personal effects left behind in the unit will be sent on to you, at your cost, either by regular mail or via courier at your request. |
| What if something goes wrong while I am staying in your home? | We will provide you with a 24 hour on-call, in-resort, emergency contact number. Also, in our home, you will find a full collection of all the information you could possibly want, and more. |
| What if the house has not been cleaned when I arrive? | We are pleased to say that this has never happened, and we doubt it will. BUT, if it does, call the emegency contact person and the situation will be remedied as quickly as possible. If the problem can't be remedied until the next day, we will certainly do our best to compensate you for the inconvenience. |
| What should I be sure to remember to bring? | Anything of a personal nature which you just can't live without: favourite perfume, medications, etc. Other things to bring: got tub sandals, bathing suit, anything you like to wear for working out at the gym or playing tennis. |
| What do you have that I wouldn't expect? | Lots! An extra back pack, laundry detergent and fabric softener, bathrobes, a tea cozy, kitchen gadgets, very comfortable beds! |
| Where is the hot tub located? | The hot tub is right outside the living room on a private patio. |
| How private is private? | The hot tub is for your use only. It is not shared by guests in any other unit. The same is true of the patio. However, the patio and hot tub can be seen from other units, so private does not mean "hidden". |

We extend our privilegeds to our guests.
