Property Description
The entrance to this townhome is private and at street level. The front entry has a large closet and also leads into the den/family room. The large den has a SOFA BED, and boasts a 50" DVD/TV with lots of room for the kids!
From the entry, a hallway leads past a bathroom and the laundry facilities, to the living room, dining room and kitchen. This area has floor to ceiling windows, with panoramic views, and a sliding door leading out onto the patio and hot tub.
From the living room, with its vaulted ceiling and large fireplace, stairs lead up to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has an ensuite bathroom shared with the 3rd bedroom. In addition, the 3rd bedroom has a private deck.

Montebello is at the north end of Village North. It is conveniently located - a few minutes walk from all the Village amenities and the Free Shuttle Bus. Not only is the Valley trail just steps away, each of Whistler's 3 magnificent golf courses is just 5 minutes' drive.

and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who

If availablility permits and in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your stay if space is available. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. |
| Excessive Noise |
Tenant will be responsible for all fines levied in event of excessive noise after 10pm. Excessive noise may be grounds for immediate eviction at option of owner/manager. |
| Housekeeping |
Complimentary. Before arrival, after departure and complimentary every 5 days on bookings of 8 or more nights. |
| Liability |
We are not liable for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property. |
