Welcome to our gem, *Brand new to the rental market* Trails Edge 16.  Enjoy the private hot tub, custom kitchen, wireless internet, and spectacular mountain views, in the heart of Sun Peaks Ski Resort; ranked 2nd best ski resort in Canada (Whistler being #1, much busier & more expensive).

Trails Edge is among the best locations in the resort, just a 6 minute walk from the village, and a short ski out to the Mt. Morrisey Ski-lift. Comfortably sleeping eight, our three level, 1300 square foot, two bedroom, three bath unit is perfect for families or couples who want to enjoy a stress-free winter or summer holiday.  The convenience of a private two-car tandem garage allows you to leave your ski (or golf) gear on the main floor level-entry for hassle-free access.  You also have a private secure ski locker, right outside the front door.

Once inside, you will see that it is beautifully appointed with a flagstone gas fireplace, 50" HD TV, comfortable living room furniture and heated tile floors throughout. Enjoy the un-obstructed view of Mt. Morrisey right from the comfort of the couch in the living room or the living room balcony.

The custom kitchen is fully equipped with Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker & supplies, assortment of spices, utensils and dishes - everything you need to create a great meal after an active day of skiing, golfing or hiking. Just outside our back door, is your private hot tub and gas-fired barbecue.

Upstairs in the sleeping area, are two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. One bedroom has a King size bed... YES, King bed! ...while the other bedroom has a Queen bed AND twin bunk beds.  The bedroom arrangement offers numerous different sleeping options, depending on your imagination. The couch in the living room is a fold out bed so there’s plenty of room for everyone. High speed wireless internet is provided for your convenience.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

We found the pillows to be too firm and too high/thick. Tried to make them smaller but no luck. Eventually located a couple smaller and much less firm pillows (personal choice) but our first nights rest was not comfortable. Directions for selecting DVD vice TV were not easy to follow (technically challenged perhaps but a call to Kyle corrected that quickly). Great room for the grandkids. Great touch having a bottle of wine available on arrival. Rather pricey, but US Presidents Week contributed to that. Four bunks for the kids would have been better. Overall, we would stay at this location again.

This is a great unit for a family, workable for two families. Everything was clean and in good condition. Ensuite bathroom is in the bedroom with the bunk beds, so the master bedroom guests use the bathroom in the upstairs hallway. Good location, just a short walk from the ski-in / ski-out trails.
