Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policies:
Arrival Days Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Booking & Arrival Deadline Must book and pay full balance at least 72 hours before your arrival date.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, unless rebooked. Guests will be refunded rebooked nights at the rebooked rate, minus all credit card fees (4%).
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable. In the event of property damage, Guests will receive a 100% refund, including all credit card fees. We aren't responsible for any additional incurred travel costs. Check your credit card for your travel insurance coverage.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with payment.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Identification Documents All new Guests must supply scanned or photographed photo ID such as a driver's license or passport. Please send to our email address. Simply take a picture of your ID with your phone and send it!
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Property Sale In the event that the new Owners do not honor your booking, we will make every effort to relocate you to a comparable property at no additional expense to you. In the event that we cannot do this, you will receive a full refund.
Reservation Changes Please contact us if you need to lengthen or shorten your reservation, and we will do what we can to accommodate. Changes are not guaranteed, and refunds may be treated in accordance with our cancellation policy, subject to credit card fees.
Reservation Transfers & Re-sale by Guests No permitted. Bookings must be cancelled.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time Check-in 4:00. Check with us for early check-ins.
Check-Out Time 4:00 sharp.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Any noise complaints will result in eviction by our security company without a refund. Strict quiet hours after 10 pm are enforced.
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure.
Liability Guests hold Owners harmless for any personal or property damage or theft of personal items while in the property, or on any Whistler property.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8- strictly enforced.
Property Damage Guests will compensate the Owner financially for all property damage caused by the Guest or anyone in their party.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Guests who do not meet these policies or who are disturbing other building tenants will be evicted by security.
