Property Description

Main Entrance level: walk in to front entrance where you'll find closets, hooks and baskets for boots, helmets, jacket, gloves etc.  Adjacent is interior access to the garage where you can conveniently store skis on built in hooks and enjoy a game of spirited table tennis all in the comfort as it heated.   Beyond the entrance on same floor is a large queen bedroom with 55" LCD TV with digital cable and separate full bathroom.

Second level: Walk upstairs to 3 bedrooms and in-suite laundry. At one end boasts a private master bedroom with king size pillow-top mattress, LCD TV, electric fireplace and ensuite with large luxurious shower.  Hot tub is located off master bedroom on private patio.  At the other end of this level are 2 further bedrooms both with twin over double bunk beds.  Adjacent to these bedrooms is main bathroom with glorious steam shower.  Central on this floor is the conveniently located laundry.  

Top floor: spacious open floor concept with dining and living rooms flanking a central well appointed kitchen.  Separate powder room also ensures you don't have to travel down stairs.  Off the living room is a large patio with barbeque.

On the lower floor is the attached secure garage and ski storage, a bedroom with a Queen bed, and a bathroom. Second level has 3 bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a King Bed and a ensuite bathroom, and 2 Bunk rooms with single over double beds. Access to hot tub on our private front deck with mountain vistas. Bathroom and private laundry facilities on this floor. Upper level is the heart of the Chalet with kitchen, dining/living room and bathroom.

Our property is located in the Happy Valley area of Big White - the perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. We are in The Edge which is a beautifully modern and distictive development.

Just minutes away from the Happy Valley Adventure Area with outdoor skating rink, down hill tubing park, ice tower climbing, cross country ski trails and additional parking at Happy Valley parking lot.

Steps from Lara's Gondola which will take you the village centre, lifts, restaurants & shopping and Kids Centre.

And at the end of the day ski over the Skiers Bridge right to the chalet door.

Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund. Please be considerate toward your neighbours.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Waste disposal & Recycling containers are located at the Waste Transfer station located on the Big White Rd.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included. Guests staying 10 to 20 nights receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets mid way thru the stay. Guests staying 21 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bed sheets every 7th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.
Internet Availability & Usage Wireless internet access is provided by a third party. We cannot be held responsible if there is a lack of or quality of service at any time.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10 People. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction
Missing Items Guests authorise credit card charge for replacement of missing items. We will notify you in advance of any charges.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11.00pm to 7.00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting from the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11.00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11.00pm out of respect for neighboring guests.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $2,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, unauthorized pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is legally zoned for either short term, or long term rental accommodation use.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Equipment must be stored in the secure garage. Please do not bring equipment into the chalet.
Terms of Eviction The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, pets, more overnight guests than permitted by owner. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

Reservation Guarantee If a situation arises that is out of our control, we will find you another suitable arrangement. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. We had a wonderful holiday and the accommodation was fantastic. It was truly ski in and ski out, great if the whole house is skiing, a little tricky if not everyone is skiing. The house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We would definitely book this again!
