Most owners charge you a large damage deposit....I charge only $100 which goes towards the check in clean, which is non refundable. Cleaning is very expensive in Whislter and I am happy to pay for the extra $50 from my revenue to have it spotless for your arrival.

The condo is a corner location on the third floor facing into the quiet courtyard. Inside is a cozy and efficient open layout plan starting with a full size kitchen great for cooking and entertaining, leading to the dining / living room with a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, view of the mountain and a spacious bedroom in the mezzanine.

We are a family friendly/ quiet/ couple orientated resort. Payments are non refundable, but, if you have an emergency we will do our best to replace your reservation, and if we are successful, we will refund your money with a 4% charge. Smoking is not permitted in the suite. If the maintenance detects smoke we will unfortunately have to charge your credit card. Please don' smoke, children stay in our apartment...save their lungs!!

We welcome you to Whistler, Canada.

 I am the owner of the property.

We have been visiting Whistler almost yearly for the past eight years and discovered both the convenience of Creekside and amenities of Lake Placid Lodge on our second visit and have been returning ever since  After renting a condo in Lake Placid Lodge, we have decided to buy one so we can enjoy it on longer stays (combining fun / work) and have the pleasure of renting it.

Whistler is one of the most beautiful places in the world. The snow never fails you...when other parts of the world don’t get snow we ALWAYS have too much of it. It is now ranked as the BEST ski resort in North America. 

Our home away from home is at Creekside, the most popular place to stay...as its has access to both mountains, right from your front door, no need for a car when you get there...Creekside is quiet at night.

The home is beautifully decorated, with the finest of everything you might need, a full kitchen, gas fireplace, outdoor year round heated pool, hot- tub and sauna, patio BBQ and lounge chair (summer time), free secure parking, ski locker, high-speed internet (WIFI), flat screen TV and cable……

This unit is in a great location in Creekside - even in the summer as the gondola runs for the bike park as well. Nice furnishing and towels. Kitchen is well equipped. Owner was very responsive to my questions and needs.

The only feedback I have would be to include more info regarding where the lock box is downstairs, and where the laundry room is in the check-in instructions. The loft can get a little warm in the summer, but the air conditioner helps very much.

Great selection of amenities, including spices and condiments. Very clean. Would have been nice to have a balcony, as most units in this building do, but it wasn't advertised to have one. One thing that could be improved is the sofa bed- a little uncomfortable as a sofa and as a bed, not a big deal though.

Have stayed in LPL many times, mainly because of the building's amenities (great pool an hot tub), ease of 'checking in', parking (free), and proximity to ski lift. We couldn't get the sauna working this trip, not a big deal either...

Convenient location, good for 2 people

This apartment would be more suitable for 2 people than 4, as there is no separate bedroom and the sofa bed is not very comfortable. That said, other than a few small maintenance issues it was in good shape and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is really convenient for the Creekside gondola and the amenities in the Creekside village. Nice big hot tub - always appreciated for apres-ski! Lyne's instructions were very comprehensive.

Small complaint about Lake Placid Lodge is that you can't leave your car in the parkade after you check out because you need a key to access it. That means moving your car early on your last ski day, which is doable with Creekside parking across the road, but not ideal.

Kitchen is one of the best-stocked we have used at the lodge! Suggestion - We would have appreciated some basic instructions on how to operate the tv e.g. What remote to use and how to access the tv channels - we are used to optic tv living in BC, and still found it a bit of a trial and error to figure it out, so an out of country guest may need some guidance. Also how to change between the tv, dvd modes. Thanks!

Very nice unit with new furniture. Well stocked kitchen with lots of dishes, utensils and staples. Lake Placid Lodge is a quiet development, suitable for families. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and barbeque area. Lots of parking available in the secure underground lot. A convenient location in Creekside.
