Newly renovated, and newly available on the rental market.  Our modern comforts will ensure you have a holiday to remember.  The unit is located in Village North, with quick access to all of the conveniences of Whistler Village.  You are steps away from the lifts, restaurants, shops, and Whistlers' activity providers.

Our unit comfortably sleeps 4 people, with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a custom made sofa bed in the living room.  The kitchen is well stocked with most of the conveniences to prepare your own meals while on holiday.

Our in-resort managers are available to answer any questions, and provide a memorable holiday.  Unit features include:

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Great central condo!

This was a great little condo right in the middle of the village. Location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do, and less than 5 minutes walk to the lifts. It was very well decorated and had a large sectional sofa in the living room so that everyone had some place to sit when our friends came over. The Keurig coffee machine was nice to have as well as the washer and dryer in the unit. Good sized kitchen for how small the condo was. Balcony is tiny. The bedroom was quite small but the King size bed was comfortable.

Our only complaints were #1: that our upstairs neighbors were quite noisy at all hours (not the condo's fault, of course, but you could also hear others walking in the hall through the thin walls). #2: the shower curtain liner in the master bathroom was gross and slimy when we arrived. (which was taken care of immediately upon asking for it to be changed) #3: When we checked in we were given a parking stall number that someone else was parked in. We were then told we could park anywhere that didn't say "reserved". (not a big deal, but did result in us having to go back to Eagle Lodge check-in desk. If you are going to assign a parking space, make sure is is actually reserved for your renters).

Overall, though, it was a great and convenient place to stay! Other than the shower curtain it was very clean as well.

Great unit in a great location

This property was perfect for my group of 4 on a ski/snowboard trip. The price is exactly what I expected for the location in Village North. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and modern the unit was upon arrival. The mattress for the sofa couch is also great. I was half expecting the typical pull out couch with a flimsy mattress.

The owner was timely in his responses whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great value.

Yes, I would rent this property again. Hair dryer was broken but was replaced within 2 hours so pleased with prompt response.. Only concern, these places never have kleenex so must remember to take with me. All other amenities were available.

July 2016 Summer Stay

No towels, no ceiling fans or other free standing fans, no iron. Called management company and he brought towels and iron and a weak fan. I suggest you check the weather forecast before coming in the Summer and Do Not stay here if you want to be comfortable when the outside temperature is above 80F.

Any other time of the year this is a great location and beautiful condo with everything you need including a fabulous location.

Location - Location - Location. You will not find a more central condo in Whistler without paying 2 to 3 times the price. Close walk to the lift and in the heart of all the Whistler Village.

It is a very clean and comfortable condo. The bed is ultra comfortable.
