Our home is fully equipped to make your vacation relaxing, accommodating and as comfortable as your home away from home. With a full sized garage for your car and all your play gear, there's also room in the driveway for a second car, and a third car in guest parking. This home offers an extra large kitchen, seating for 8, amazing views from the living area with vaulted ceilings and a BBQ. All three bedrooms have their own bathrooms. This property offers sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guest Stay Policies
|Check-In Time||4pm. early check in may be available, please advise us if you require an early check in and we will do our best to accommodate you.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Noise||Resort Municipality of Whistler has a no noise bylaw after 10pm or before 7am. The Strata Manager and Whistler Bylaw will fine any persons breaking this bylaw.|
|Garbage Removal||It is the responsibility of the guest to remove their garbage upon leaving. If the cleaning staff needs to remove the garbage the guest will be charged accordingly.|
|Hot Tub||Treat the Hot Tub usage with respect, no glass, smoking or unsuitable behaviour. Noise bylaw of 10pm.|
|Housekeeping||complimentary for arrival and departure for stays 7 days or less. Stays over 7 days will include a stay over clean complimentary. Extra cleans can be arranged at a cost to the guest.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for guests or their guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler, BC.|

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. With the exception of being given the wrong access code to the property, and had difficulty locating the WiFi password. Had to call/email Allyson multiple times, which I thought could have been easily avoided if there was a "welcome folder" in the unit with all the necessary info included.
I am still waiting for a response from her regarding the damage deposit. I would appreciate a quick update but she has not responded to my last two emails.View Full Review
