Property Description

The Master Suite has a king bed, full bath, & closet.  The second bedroom  has custom wood FULL size bunkbeds with individual reading lights and charging stations for each bed.  The second bedroom also has a TV with inputs for computers & gaming stations.  The large kitchen is fully stocked.  The cozy living area has a warm gas fireplace.  Step out onto the deck and enjoy the mountain view.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4pm - please notify us of late arrival if expected after 9pm so we can ensure you get your keys.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Quiet time after 10pm. If a noise complaint is logged it will be charged to your card on the reservation file. This is policed by Sea to Sky security and we have no control over this, so please just keep it down.
Housekeeping Upon departure, please remove your garbage and recycling to the bins in the parking garage. Please wash all dishes prior to departure. You may leave clean dishes in the dishwasher and drying rack.

Thanks for the use of your condo. It was perfect for us. It was outfitted for everything we needed. And we especially enjoyed the hot tub and ski in/out location. Great place, attentive owners, everything you need

We rented this place and it was everything we needed/wanted. The space is bigger than in the photos and it was clean and well stocked with everything you would need or want. The responsiveness of the owner is amazing. Too many times have we tried to get in touch with the owner and it took forever to receive a response. The owners here are incredibly attentive and responded immediately. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful place and very close to the village. Easy walking distance. True Ski in and ski out. I would definitely stay here again and hope to do so in the near future. Owner was accommodating and even left a welcome bottle of wine for us, which was drained within the first hour of arrival! Awesome time and place!
