Welcome to Our Condo with a Fabulous Mountain View!

Our modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (sleeps up to 8) is located in the heart of the Sun Peaks village offering an incredible ski-in/ski-out experience.   This unit comes with fully-equipped kitchen, full-sized dining table, new custom designed sofa bed and chair and pillow top mattresses on 3 queens beds.   Amenities also include complimentary wiifi, 2 flat screen TVs, DVD and free heated and secured underground parking.

We’re located in the Fireside Lodge which boasts a restaurant, café, arcade w/pool table, ski & bike lockers and  laundry facilities.  Across the street enjoy the recreation centre with a tennis court, skating arena or outdoor pool.  

Rejuvenate yourselves  in the hot tub while enjoying the scenic mountain views and reminiscing about the day you had on the fresh powder slopes or in the summertime,  after a full day of downhill mountain biking, hiking trails or a round of golf on the beautiful Sun Peaks Golf Course!   Don't forget to visit  the many beautiful lakes in the area whether you decide to spend the day fishing or go for a refreshing swim.

No matter what the season relax and enjoy a glass of wine by the warmth of the river rock gas fireplace or on the private patio on a warm alpine evening.

Welcome to unit #202 in the Fireside Lodge.  

The main living area is open concept with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room  The living room boasts a beautiful river rock fire place with glass patio doors to a covered deck.  This spacious design allows you to enjoy the mountain view regardless of your activity. 

The bedrooms and bathrooms are off  the main living area - lots of space to group together or have some privacy!

This galley style kitchen has everything you need to make your vacation meals a success.  The open concept allows you to enjoy the goings on in the living room and dining area and the Morrisey Mountain view.

The unit includes all of the convieniences you'd need in your kitchen and includes range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven.  Automatic coffee maker with filters, toaster, electric pot to heat water.  We supply coffee and tea packets to get you started.  Salt, pepper, sugar and spices are provided.  Pots and pans and cooking supplies  provided.  Plates, cups, drinking and wine glasses and silverware provided.  Dish and dishwasher soap in cabinet under sink along with plastic garbage bags.

Open concept  room gets lots of light exposure through the large window and patio door..  Beautiful stone fireplace with cozy furniture, warm lighting and decor will relax you!  Recline on the couch and view the mountain ski runs thru the patio door or living room window.

Dining Area

Dining room easily seats 8 with 2 additional seats at the counter.  Solid wood furniture in the open concept floor plan lets you enjoy the fireplace and view of the mountain. Eating bar beside kitchen gives you a chance to sit and chat with the cook!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Booking & Arrival Deadline Must book and pay full balance at least 72 hours before your arrival date.
Cancellations Made by Guests 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit not refunded, rest of payment will be refunded if a new booking is obtained
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with payment.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. If your arrival is delayed, we will not provide a refund, but if available,we may be able to add a night to the end of your booking
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies

Check-Out Time 10:30 a.m. You may be able to arrange for a later check - just contact us for information
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be charged to renter. Excessive cleaning costs will be billed at $40 per hour.
Excessive Noise Please respect other guests. Excessive noise after 10:00 is not acceptable.
Garbage Removal At the end of the stay, all garbage is to be discarded in the large bin in the underground garage (room by garage door)
Housekeeping Enjoy your clean room upon your arrival. If cleanliness is not to your satisfaction, contact us immediately. Mid-stay cleans may be arranged (for a fee) - please ask the owner for details.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 persons
Maintenance Emergencies Mountain Water Works Ltd.- Terra Stebner. Contact Mountain Water Works if you have an immediate emergency at 250-578-8669 or 250-214-2783. Less urgent matters, please contact the owners.
Noise Restrictions Applicable. No excessive noise after 10:00 p.m.

What activities are on the mountain or in the vicinity of Sun Peaks? There are a number of activities that are great in winter or summer. Whether you like skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, tubing, ice skating, a golf game, swimming, down hill biking, hiking, fishing in one of the near lakes or attending a festival /concert there is something for everyone!


What do we need to bring? We try to bring what we require for our trip but if we forget something or need additional items Bluebird Market is a 3 minute walk away. They offer a large selection of groceries and other amenities

We came to Sunpeaks for a seniors ball tournament being played in Rayleigh(very close to the bottom of the hill) Being able to share the condo with another couple meant our cost was about half the cost of a hotel room. Plus, we had the added benefit of the kitchen/living area. It was so much more comfortable.

September is a great time to visit Sunpeaks. Of course, the winter and summer are spectacular. Fantastic value for your dollar.

Both our families enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend. Only reason less than 5 star on facilities was that the internet dropped out many times (just had to reconnect). Also, hot tub was not operational and when fixed, the jets were still not working. Also, slippery in ski equipment locker room -- suggest rubber mats. But seriously, great place to stay.
