Welcome to Pinnacle Ridge 12.   Pinnacle Ridge 12 is a true ski-in/ski-out only 70 steps from the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain that sleeps 10 comfortably in 4 bedrooms (sleeps 12 with use of a pull out sofabed).   Whistler Mountain can also be easily accessed and Pinnacle Ridge 12 is within a 15 minute walking distance of the Village.

Pinnacle Ridge 12 is great for children as within a couple of minutes walk you can be on Blackcomb Mountain where the Magic Chair runs.   After the short walk, you put on your skis and within a minute you are at the base of Blackcomb where the ski school, Magic Chair and Wizard Chair are located.    If you want to ski on Whistler Mountain you can ski to the base of Blackcomb take the lifts and Peak to Peak Gondola will take you across to Whistler Mountain or you can take the Magic Chair and ski down to Whistler Village where the Whistler Gondola is located.  After the main lifts close you can do extra runs on Magic Chair and ski right right to the front door.   

Pinnacle Ridge is a large 2,200 square foot timber constructed duplex with vaulted ceilings and is located in Pinnacle Ridge which is one of the best if not the best ski in/ski out neighborhoods in Whistler.   Other amenities include a large private outside hot tub, wood burning fire place with firewood supplied,  in floor heating, 8 unit boot dryer,  balcony with barbecue,  speaker phone, office desk, printer,  cable TV,  3 flat screen TVs, 2 DVD players, complimentary wireless internet, heated single vehicle garage, modern well equipped kitchen with granite countertops,  4 bathrooms, I Pod Dock, in-suite laundry with washer/dryer and pull out double bed sofa for extra guests which would take total guests to 12 people.

Property Description

Common Areas

The main entrance is on street level so you won’t be walking up or down steps with your ski boots.   The front entrance opens to the main level revealing an impressive open concept living room, dining room and well equipped kitchen with heated floors throughout.  There are huge vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows.  There is also a deck with a barbecue, table and chairs.

It is often possible to ski right to the front door otherwise you need to take off your skis underneath the Magic Chair and walk the 70 quick steps to the front door.   After skiing to the front door, skis can be taken off and hung on the wall in the single car heated garage.    After hanging up your skis, there are benches in the garage to remove your ski boots and you enter directly through the drying room where there is a large boot and mitt dryer.   Your ski jackets can also be hung in the drying room.  

If you decide not to enter through the garage and choose the main door there is a mud room where you can leave your shoes and hang your coats.    

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The master bedroom and a second bedroom are located on the upper level.  The second floor has carpet throughout except for the master bathroom.   For those of you who need some privacy to get some work done,  the master bedroom also includes a working desk, chair, printer and speaker phone. 

The lower level which is carpeted throughout except for the bathrooms contains two guest bedrooms.

 

The large hot tub and washer and dryer are also accessed from the lower level.

Adults - Min Age to Stay: 24 Sorry, we will not accept groups of guests under 21 years of age.
Babies, Kids & Teens We welcome kids and families. If you have babies in your guest party, we do not have a crib at Pinnacle Ridge 12. If you require us to arrange a crib we will do so but there will be an additional cost.
Long Term Renters (Monthly) We will accept long term renters. Please contact the owner for more details.
Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking allowed. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property.
Travel Reseller Bookings - Referral Fee offered 10% of booking fee collected from guests. Fee will be paid 7 days after guests checkout.
Not Suitable For:
No Smoking Inside - Smoking Outside Permitted This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Pets No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.

Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Identification Documents We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Please contact us. There is room in the garage if a vehicle is not parked in the garage.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm
Check-Out Time 10:00 am and contact owners if you would like a later checkout.In general, a late checkout cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours prior to your scheduled checkout time. When possible, we can provide a noon checkout at no additional charge. Noon to 2 p.m., $100 per hour; 2 to 4 p.m., half-day charge; 4 p.m. and later, full day charge.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise There are noise buylaws in Pinnacle Ridge. Please follow them.
Forgotten Items by Guest We are not responsible for forgotten items but will do our best if you let us know what was lost.
Garbage Removal Garbage should be taken to the garbage storage area just outside of Pinnacle 12.
Hot Tub Treat Hot Tub usage with respect.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense. For stays of longer than 7 days we will arrange for Linens to be changed on the 8th day and every 7 days thereafter.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability The owners of Pinnacle Ridge 12 have no liability whatsoever for any loss, injury of any type.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Sleeps 10 in bedrooms and two extra on pull out sofa bed in the living room for a total of 12.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.
Property Damage Guests are responsible for any property damage caused by themselves.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Please contact us. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!
