Welcome to our recently renovated luxurious 3 bed / 3.5 bath Townhome located in the Montebello complex in Whistler Village North.

Located just a 5-10 minute walk to the Whistler Village, our home is fully equipped to make your vacation as accommodating and comfortable as possible. Fully and thoughtfully equipped throughout, this three bedroom Townhome has a TV in each room, large flat screen TV in the living area, three & a half baths, fully equipped kitchen and open living and dining area. With a deck off the living area giving amazing views of Whistler / Blackcomb mountains, it is a perfect place to relax. Just outside the downstairs bedroom is the patio with private hot tub, a place to soothe those aching muscles after biking or skiing. With a full sized garage for your car and all your play gear, there's also room in the driveway for a second car, and a third car in guest parking.

Property Description

As you enter our home into the large entranceway, there is a large closet for all your coats etc. There is also a door to the private one-car garage. Also, on this floor are two bedrooms, one bedroom with King bed & en-suite bathroom, the other with Twin beds, along with a second bathroom. The washer / dryer is also on this floor. There is a patio off the bedroom (King bedroom) with the private Hot Tub.

As you go upstairs, you enter into the open plan living / dining / kitchen area, there a private deck off the living area where you have amazing views of the mountains. On this floor we also have the Master bedroom with King bed & en-suite bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on the upstairs landing for your convenience.

Our living area is a great place to relax and watch a movie etc, with a brand new comfortable sofa & two single sofa beds and a flat screen TV set within custom-built bookshelves. The deck is off the living area where you will be treated to some great views of the mountains.

Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking allowed inside our home or on the patio or deck. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property.

Travel Reseller Bookings - no Referral Fee offered We accept travel reseller bookings but do not offer referral fees.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Cancellations Made by Guests Reservation deposits are non-refundable. The balance payment is only refundable if we are able to re-book your stay. We will charge a 10% cancellation fee on all refunds.
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Sorry but not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with a 25% reservation deposit.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. We will try to accommodate if possible.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information When we have received full payment of rent, taxes and damage deposit, we will send a detailed information packet. Assuming we have everything, we will send the access code 7 days before arrival. If you do not receive the door code within 7 days of your arrival, contact us IMMEDIATELY. Be sure you have it before you leave home !
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Identification Documents We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible. Fees will be deducted from guest's damage deposit. If fees exceed deposit, guest will pay owner the balance due.
Bike Storage Bikes can be stored in the garage.
Check-In Time Our check-in time is 4:00 pm. If you require an earlier check-in time please contact us, we will try to accommodate if possible.
Check-Out Time Our check-out time is 10:00 am. If you require a late check-out, please contact us, we will try to accommodate if possible.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs. Fees will be deducted from guest's damage deposit. If fees exceed deposit, guest will pay owner the balance due.
Excessive Noise Resort Municipality of Whistler has a no noise bylaw after 10pm or before 7am. The Strata Manager and Whistler Bylaw will fine any persons breaking this bylaw. Any fees or fines resulting from excessive noise is the responsibility of the guest. Fees and fines will be deducted from guest's damage deposit. If fees exceed deposit, guest will pay owner the balance due.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area. The recycling hut is located in the Montebello complex. Door code will be provided in the check-in instructions.
Hot Tub Please treat the Hot Tub with respect. Please shower prior to using the Hot Tub.
Housekeeping Provided complimentary before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability We are excluded from all liability for personal bodily injury and property loss in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property. We maintain full insurance for theft, fire, etc on the property, dwelling and furnishings. However, this may not cover your personal valuables and jewelry.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 guests, which is strictly enforced. Parties in excess of maximum capacity will be evicted with no refund.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items. Fees will be deducted from guest's damage deposit for any missing items. If fees exceed deposit, guest will pay owner the balance due.
Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests. Any and all fines attributable to the guest's reservation are the responsibility of the guest. Fees will be deducted from guest's damage deposit. If fees exceed deposit, guest will pay owner the balance due.
Parking & Ticketing Parking information will be provided in your check-in and arrival instructions email. We are not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees you may incur.

Property Damage Guests will pay for all damage incurred by themselves or their guests while staying in the property. Damage includes but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage,; lost, broken or missing property; extra cleaning charges as a result of misuse of the property; charges relating to the property occupant's behaviour while in the common or private property. Fees will be deducted from guest's damage deposit. If fees exceed deposit, guest will pay owner the balance due.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Resort Information Provided in check-in and arrival instructions email, upon balance payment.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Ski & Board storage is provided for in the garage. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card or fees will be deducted from guest's damage deposit. If fees exceed deposit, guest will pay owner the balance due.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, smoking, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund.

My Web Site Guarantee By booking and paying for your holiday on our web site we gurantee your booking, you will also receive an email confirmation upon full payment. The property shall be clean and in working order. Any deficiencies should be immediately reported to the owner or the emergency contact so that we may address them.
Reservation Guarantee In the event of property sale or property damage not having been a result of any negligence by any of the tenants or any guests of the tenants, we will try to relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $50 CAD per night ($50 per night in addition to the nightly rate you paid for towards your reservation with us) rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive either a partial or full refund depending on how many nights remaining on your trip. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products

The home was as advertised and what we expected to find - which was very good indeed. The owner was very responsive to an email I sent regarding a question related to the property and he dropped by to greet us shortly after we arrived. Overall, we had a great stay and we would recommend this complex to others.
