Welcome to the Woodrun #107!  This is a true ski-in-ski-out condo right on the slopes of Whistler Blackomb.  Our unit is newly remodeled (summer of 2014), with luxury, elegance and comfort in mind.

Beautiful fresh design with Tiffany-blue accents, elegant and functional.  Hardwood floors throughout.  Full kitchen with all necessary ammenities, and with large granite counter bar with four stools; large dining room table that comfortably seats six.

Property Description

Woodrun #107 is located on the main floor of the building, no need to take the elevator.  Due to the slopeside layout of the building, the unit appears like 2nd floor from the outside/faces downhill.  The unit is located steps away from the ski lockers, as well as from the pool/hot tub entrance.  Open floor plan for the entry hall/kitchen/dining/living area.  Large bay windows dominate the living space.  The view is of woods and mountain peaks, very private.  Spacious outdoor (yet mostly covered) patio with BBQ and table for four just off the living room.  Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with modern rain shower.  The second bathroom has a soaking tub with shower and is accessed from hallway such that it is easily accessible to second bedroom residents as well as any guests you may have.

Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary supplies and appliances, including Nespresso machine, milk frother, French press.  Wine glassess and decanters.  If you are in the mood for cooking, you will find all utensils you need.  We usually do not stock any food items, other than salt and pepper, and Nespresso capsules.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!  Walk out of our condo, and literally within a minute, you are on the slope ready to click into your bindings.  Ski down for another minute (literally) and you are at the base of Blackomb.  There you hop on the Wizard chair for easy access to both Blackomb and Whistler mountains, or drop off your kids at ski school right thereat the base.  Or enjoy the excellent shops and restaurants such as those offered by the Chateau Whistler.  A five minute walk from there (a beautiful stroll through the woods and across a creek) and you are in Whistler Village.  If you do not wish to ski or walk, you can enjoy the free shuttle bus that takes you anywhere in the resort.

Babies, Kids & Teens We welcome kids and families. The unit is not childproof.
Groups Renting Multiple Properties We allow groups renting multiple properties to use the common areas of our property, such as the dining or living area.
Long Term Renters (Monthly) We will accept long term renters. Please contact the owner for more details.
Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking allowed. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property.
Seniors We welcome seniors.
Not Suitable For:
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties Absolutely no grad, stag or stagette parties allowed.
Pets No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.
Smoking Inside Permitted No smoking is allowed inside our property.
Subleased Tenants Subleasing to other tenants not permitted.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Identification Documents We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise This is a quiet building, with zero tolerance for excess noise.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any Whistler location.
Maintenance Emergencies
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Six. Will be evicted if more than seven occupants.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by guests or guests of guests. You agree to pay us for all damages, no limit.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!
