Welcome to Stoney Creek NorthStar. two-level townhouse in great location. NorthStar is steps away from the village centre, shops, restaurants and easy walking distance to Whistler as well as Blackcomb ski lifts  or use the free shuttle. The complex features a large heated outdoor pool and hot tub that can be used year around. Included is free secured, reserved underground parking.

Property Description

Northstar 27 is a two level condo with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor and the living and the dining room as well as a full second bathroom with shower on the main floor.

Sleeping Areas & Beds

The condo sleep 6-7 adults in two bedrooms on the upper floor and on a brand new double sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom features a king sized bed that lets you enjoy the view of Whistler Mountain every morning when you wake up. The second bedrom features a brand new bunk bed with a double at the bottom and a twin bed at the top. All bedrooms have black-out blinds.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposits are non-refundable on cancellations made less than 90 days prioir to arrival. If you have paid in full, I will refund the balance payment if I can replace the booking. The refund is based on the re-booked rate and the number of nights it is rebooked at. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

Parking & Ticketing There is free underground secured parking. One spot is reserved for the unit but there are also spots available for a second car.
Property Damage When guests check in with Whistler Reception Services (WRS), they will take a $500 damage deposit in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to lost revenue, noise complaints, common or private damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken missing common of private property items, smoking inside, pets inside and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behaviour while in the property or on common premises. After the guest leaves, the unit is inspected and if everything is found in order, the $500 is refunded on their credit card after 10 days of departure.

Great time during Spring Break

This was a great deal during Spring Break and one of the only condos that allow less than 5 nights stay. We had 2 adults and 4 kids. The owners have made some renovations and the kitchen was fully stocked. With kids we appreciated the swimming pool with warm change rooms, bunk bed, black out blinds, and washer-dryer. We would definately return.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The kitchen is very bright and new. We love the big round chair in the living room too. The location is perfect as it's walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants but is still kinda tucked away so it's very quiet. The owners are easy to reach and we were able to get a late check out even though we asked that morning. The only negative is that there are lots of stairs from the parking to ground level and to the unit. It was tough to transfer the luggage and walk around with our ski boots.

Great Townhouse

We had a great stay here, the location is perfect for quick access to the village. The hut-tub and pool in the complex were great for after our event, just a short distance from the accommodation. The townhouse is well laid out and was clean on arrival. Parking was easy and there were extra unreserved spots for additional cars. The king bed was super comfy. We had an issue with missing bedding for the pull out sofa and the owner responded to remedy this quickly. Deposit was returned quickly (2 days) after our stay. Everything was as described. If I had to suggest any improvements - the BBQ is pretty small and as there were 6 of us we ate out instead of using it. Overall, we had a great stay and I would stay here again. Thanks Madlene!

Great apartment in a fantastic location, close to shops and the ski bus. Very well appointed and comfortable. Only criticism would be the cleanliness of the apartment, I would change cleaners! Dirt in the kitchen and bathroom cupboards is not okay. Lovely hosts, very responsive to email requests and queries.

Everything was the way it was described. It was very close to get our groceries and to walk to the village, which we did every day and the rest of the family skiied and boarded. The pools were a bonus. The bedding and towels were great for all 6of us. Will come again to this unit. We ate in every night and the kitchen was well supplied.

We would highly recommend this condo. Booking was easy and the owners answered all our questions in a timely manner. The condo itself was clean and in a fantastic location, very close to the village and just across from all the amenities you might need. View of Whistler mountain form the deck is awesome and the pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after all our sightseeing. The condo itself is very well appointed and has plenty of space for 6/7 to sleep. Beds are very comfortable and the blackout blinds really helped to keep the kids asleep. Check in and out was really easy too and having parking just below us made it really easy to load in and out. Check this place really won't be disappointed!!
