Welcome to our beautiful ski in-out two bedroom and loft home, one of the premier top-floor units located in Greystone Lodge on Blackcomb Mountain in Whistler, ranked #3 out of all Whistler Specialty Lodgings by Trip Advisor!


This top-floor, south-facing vaulted ceiling unit is quiet, bright and spacious for a relaxing Whistler vacation for winter or summer. Greystone Lodge is unique among the properties on Blackcomb in that there are only 50 units, creating greater privacy, less noise, and fewer people using the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, change rooms and the outdoor heated swimming pool. Within a very short walking distance guests will find a ski school, ski and snowboard rentals, bike rentals, restaurants, a liquor store, a small grocery store and various retail outlets. The walk to the main Whistler Village will take around 10 minutes on foot, or a free village transit bus comes every 7 minutes in the Winter and every 15 minutes during the other months. The bus stop is a short walk from the lobby.

Greystone is perfectly located for year-round activities. Golfers can enjoy the renowned Chateau Whistler Golf Course, a short walk from the Lodge. Lost Lake Park is located only minutes from Greystone Lodge with easy hiking, mountain biking, picnicking, beach and swimming and fishing in the summer months and Nordic ski trails in the winter, and night toboganning is right beside the unit. The luxurious Spa at Whistler Fairmont Resort is a 5 minute walk. The base of Blackcomb turns into a children’s paradise in the summer when it is converted into a giant playground hosting horseback riding, a climbing wall, various rides and amusements, mini-golf, and more. In addition, on summer weekends the Whistler Farmer’s Market features locally made crafts and foods at the base of Blackcomb Mountain.

Max. occupancy 8 people: A king and foldout comfortable cot bed are located in the master, two twins (can be put together for king bed on request) in the second bedroom with tri-bunk (queen lower, twin upper) in the loft. 24 foot vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows offering great views up Whistler Mountain from the living room.

The kitchen is fully stocked with flatware, cutlery and ample cookware and bakeware, much more than a typical rental unit. A flat screen cable TV is located in each bedroom and living room, with DVD player in the living room.

Special Features

This unit is on the top floor, a short walk (50') from the elevator and with only one side of the hallway having unit doorways it is very quiet from noise from other guests. 

Art Artwork by local artist Lynn Pocklington in the master bedroom and living room.
Lofted/Cathedral Ceilings Two remote-controlled, whisper-quiet ceiling fans in the living room and loft give you extra control of your comfort.


Guests at Greystone Lodge have access to an outdoor heated pool and hot tub along with an indoor hot tub, showers, and common area washrooms. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building as well as a vending machine for quick snacks. Unique to Greystone Lodge is free underground parking, something hard to come by in Whistler. Guests should be aware that the underground parking has a total height limit of 6 feet 8 inches. Large SUV’s with ski racks may not fit in the underground and there is very limited over-height parking at the lodge. 

For families with children (or exuberant adults!) we provide two toboggans for after-dinner play beside Greystone.

A beautiful apartment in a great location

This is the third apartment we have stayed in at Whistler and it is definitely the most beautiful. In real life the interiors are perhaps even nicer than they appear in the photos! We particularly loved the paintings, other artworks and details such as the leadlight lamps. The living room has high vaulted ceilings and tall floor to ceiling windows giving the whole apartment a wonderful sense of space and light. It was a quiet place to stay with comfortable beds, soft leather lounges, a gas log fire and a well equipped kitchen.

This apartment is also in a great location. We could ski from the back door out to the run. It is a short walk down the side of the run to the base of Blackcomb where there are some shops including a great Japanese take away and a small grocery store. You can then continue on a lovely trail over the creek to the main village. If you don’t feel like walking there is car parking in the basement and the apartment is also very close to the stop for the free bus.

Stayed here August 2015. Nice property for one or two families to share. Kitchen had everything we needed, and beds and couches were comfortable. Saltwater pool outside was great, its nice not having the kids in chlorine. There is also a grassy area out front and in the back between two buildings where kids can run around.

It is an older building and showing some of its age but it is well kept. Location just above Blackcomb base was perfect for us. No laundry in unit was only downside with little kids. Would go back.

My wife and I had a perfect stay in David and Hazel's condo. With its close proximity to Blackcomb Village, Lost Lake trails, shopping amenities and Whistler Village we were able to walk or ride our bikes to everything we needed. The condo itself is spacious, very well appointed and meticulously maintained. I could not recommend staying here more highly!

A Perfect Spot

We had a wonderful stay during the ski season. The unit is ski in/ski out with easy post ski walking proximity to Blackcomb Village (2 minutes) and Whistler Village (10 minutes). The unit is well equipped and very suitable for a family, two couples or a small group of friends given its master bedroom, second bedroom and loft configuration. Its located on the top floor of the building which is important because it has a vaulted ceiling, giving it a very spacious and relaxing feel. The woodsy views add to the latter.

The building itself was quiet, which isn't always the case during ski season at Whistler and it includes a nice on site hot tub, pool and ski lockers. Given the condition of the unit and its furnishings, the owners are obviously attentive as well as responsive. You can't go wrong. I intend to go back.

Beautifully maintained and a great location

Two families spent a great holiday here. Its just like staying at home. The kitchen is totally equipped with modern appliances and dishware. The building is really convenient, the two hot tubs are welcome at the end of the day. If there is snow, you can pop your skis on at the door and shuss to the hill, otherwise it is a 2 min walk. we have stayed there 2x now and it is quiet at night, but still a short hop to the village. The owners are very responsive. Beds really comfy and top end sheets. I would like to come back in the summer.

Superb Accomodations

Had a wonderful stay! This unit was very clean and comfortable with a warm decor. The kitchen was very well supplied with ample room to move around. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable bedding. The location was fantastic! A true ski-in/ski-out! Blackcomb village was a very short walk and Whistler village was only a 10 minute walk through the forest. Tonnes of restaurants and shopping to choose from. I was up with some older teens and the unit easily absorbed everyone and the loft bedroom was helpful for privacy. The shelf with all the movie titles to choose from was a nice touch. I would definitely book this spot again.

I have used Allura several times over the last 10 years and have always been pleased. At Whistler, all nice places. But this one, certainly, gets extra "stars" as being not just a very beautiful and spacious and clean place, but such a great location. It seemed quiet and private (tucked in the woods in upper village). But a very short trail walk in you are right in the middle of the upper village restaurants and shops (much quicker, I finally learned, than using the streets which are not as direct). Brought my family and granddaughter and we could do all we wanted to do from Greystone. Friendly management/owner and accommodating to our needs. I especially enjoyed the balcony off the bedroom and spent a lot of time there reading and enjoying the free wifi on my iPad. I think it is about 1200 ft, but seemed more because of the vaulted 4th floor ceilings.

We have been coming to Whistler for a number of years as a family but when our extending family was planning to visit us from England we wanted to stay somewhere extra special. This property was extra special!!! We were a group of 8 with 4 boys aged 15yrs-22yrs. The space comfortably accommodated us all. The large dinning room table allowed us to all eat together (and play games). It was a great location to explore Whistler and come back and forth throughout the day. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to others.
