Fantastic location in Whistler Village North and easy to find.  Our unit is located across the street from The Marketplace in Whistler Village North.  The lifts are less than a 10 minute walk however there is also a free shuttle with a pick up/drop off stop across the street from the Northstar complex.  Many great restaurants and shops are a short walk away yet just far enough from the main village to be quiet late at night.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise You will be evicted without a refund! Quiet time of 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM is strictly enforced.
Housekeeping Professionally cleaned prior to arrival. Complimentary weekly cleaning for stays over 7 nights.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler.
Locking Door Please LEAVE ALL KEYS & FOB on counter in kitchen when leaving. There will be an extra charge of $250 for missing keys/fob. Please lock all doors and close and lock all windows when you leave.
Maintenance Emergencies Notify local contact. Emergency numbers are listed in the welcome package and in our unit.

Missing Items Guests will be responsible for all items missing from this property upon departure.

Great place that is in a very convenient location to Whistler Village. The property is well maintained and the unit has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. I have rented units in the past where the kitchen had only the bare minimums. This kitchen has everything you need for cooking a nice meal for those times you just don't want to eat out.

Jason was very nice and responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the unit does face the main road so traffic noise does tend to be a little disturbance when the early morning commute starts or on weekend evenings. When the windows are closed the noise is not even noticeable so no deduction if you're renting in the winter months.

I would rent this unit again and hope to be back sometime to ski.

My family (of 2 adults and 2 children aged 6 & 9) and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than Northstar. The condo itself was perfect.

Beds were beyond comfy (made it very hard to get out of in the morning!), the kitchen was one of the best equipped I've ever stayed in, showers were lovely, it's directly opposite the free shuttle (a 3 min ride) to the ski lifts and opposite the IGA.

Jason, the manager, was only too happy to help out with any queries. Have stayed elsewhere in Whistler previously but wouldn't bother looking beyond Northstar for our next stay. Cannot recommend highly enough!
