Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with payment.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Identification Documents We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.

Reservation Changes Please contact us if you need to lengthen or shorten your reservation, and we will do what we can to accommodate. Changes are not guaranteed, and refunds may be treated in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Not tolerated. Quiet hours 10pm to 9am
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to/from or while on resort property.
Locking Door Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6
Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.
Property Damage Property damage of common or private property includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, lude public behavior, and missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay for all private or common property damage caused by the Guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted. Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction. Owner reserves the right to request Guest account inactivation.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund! By 24 hour security company or RCMP will be summoned. Loud noise, damage to private and/or public property, disturbing the peace.

This is a great condo and of excellent value. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are as described in the listing. Their is carport parking and access to the unit and the complex is very easy, The owners are very responsive and when we did have some issues, they were very quick to resolve them. While we were there in the summer, the entrance is ideal for putting on and taking off ski equipment with several hooks and storage boxes. The hotub was divine and very clean. We would return to this unit again both in the summer or winter.

What a lovely property within a great location. I travelled here for two nights with my wife for our wedding anniversary and was not disappointed. A great modern property in a great location. The hosts were very co-operative. Would recommend if travelling to Whistler for any events.

Everything about this property was 100%. It is close to everything, has a ski in /out or in our case mountain bike enterance near unit 16. The owners respond fast when needed. We had a group of 23 riders spread out all over Whistler and from what I saw we had the best accomadtion as far as value for your dollar.

Our family of four enjoyed the Townhome. Photos and descriptors were accurate, Todd and Leah great to deal with, quick and responsive. Townhouse is close to the lifts. Private deck and walkout to BBQ and hot tub was nice. Kids loved bunk beds, and we all found our beds to be comfortable.

Very nice condo unit,equip with all your needs,thru ski out,little far from the village but you can always use free shuttle that stops in front of the condo unit.Owner respond very quickly for all your questions .

Very good for families with children,our children had a blast with the bunk beds,master bed has super comfy mattress!Again ,beautiful property in one of the best ski destinations in the world.I would recommend to everyone.Thanks Todd!!!

We found this vacation property to have all the comforts of home. It has everything you need. This home was very clean!! The owners Todd and Darcy were great to deal with. This is such a great location for skiing. We could also walk to take the shuttle to the Village or marketplace. Nice quiet, peaceful area , and no noise at night. We will be back again.
