SKI IN SKI OUT from the Glacier Lodge: at the base of Whistler’s Mountains (lift access to both Whistler Mountain and Blackcomb Mountain). Glacier Lodge is located in the heart of Whistler's Upper Village. All you need is at your doorstep including the Blackcomb /Whistler Base & ski school, cafes, five star dining, ski shops and many activities. No need for shuttles or cars. Upper Village is also a preferred area for those who value a quite night’s sleep. Please see below maps.

Children are welcome providing a parent or guardian of the children are 26 or older are also staying in the property. We do not accept ski camps.|

|Non-Smokers Only||Absolutely no smoking allowed. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property.|

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

|Cancellations Made by Guests||Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less $175 transaction fee, if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if the reservation is replaced. Balance payment refunds values are determined based on the value of replacement reservations. Any applicable refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival.|
|Cancellations Made by Owners||We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.|

|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Guest Identification Documents||We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.|
|Guest Stay Contract||By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.|
|Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses|
|Late Reservation Payments||Failure to pay by the due dates may result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.|

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|

|Excessive Noise||No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests and repetitive complaints may result in an eviction.|

By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Upon arrival, a pre approved damage deposit of $500 will be held on the guests credit card and guests identification verified. The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $500 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.|

We stayed in this property for a week in April, so the price was very attractive. The value here was excellent. Everything was good. We checked in at the front desk, which is different from other alluradirect properties we've stayed at.
Parking was going to be $15/night so I decided to risk it in Lot 5, moving the car every few days. We didn't need it much anyway, and when we did the 10 minute walk was worth it, saving me the $100 in cumulative parking fees.
Compared with our past rentals found on this site, it felt more like a hotel than a privately owned residence (credit card imprints for $500 damage deposit and pool towels, parking fees, pay per use laundry down the hall) in some ways, but that's not a bad thing.
No room keys were needed as the door had a code, so there was nothing to lose. This was great. I recommend this place, especially during the shoulder season when the rate can't be beat.View Full Review

We had 28 nights at this property and overall very happy. We biked so used the bike storage room downstairs and supplied our own locks. Coffee grinder was broken, but no big deal. There we 3 of us and had a visitor one weekend on the couch. This condo would be ideal for 2 couples.

Very nice condo in good condition and great location, the photos are accurate and the kitchen has everything you need. The master bed is a comfortable king size bed with a good selection of pillows. Upstairs the Loft has a king size bed that seperates into twins as required. We had a slight issue with the fridge but this was repaired promptly after contacting Rob (Concierge).
