WE ARE UNDERGOING A FULL RENOVATION! Our unit will be ready for ski season 2014/2015 and will include a full kitchen with full fridge/freezer, wall oven, dishwasher, and microwave. All heated tile throughout the unit and brand new bathrooms.
We are located at the very base of Blackcomb in the luxurious Le Chamois building very next to the Blackcomb Daylodge for literal ski-in/ski/out !! And being in the heart of Upper Village, we can also walk to everything!!!--Our condo is a corner unit facing the ski hill with absolutely fabulous views!!! Master bedroom has full ensuite, and living room has queen pull-out and also separate full 2nd bathroom (Photo not yet up-loaded.) HD TV channels and high speed internet are included. Property provides outdoor heated pool and hot tub; secure underground pay parking; fitness center; internet facilities ; ski storage.....and lots more!! The best of all worlds that Whistler Blackcomb have to offer. Right at the bottom of the mountain, close to everything, but far enough away from the noise and chaos of the village! Our unit is looking out at the Wizard base of Blackcomb and you can see the Wizard and Magic chairs from the living room. We are right next to the Fairmont Chateau and Four Seasons hotels with their faboulus restaurants and bars. We are an easy 5 minute walk into the Whistler Village with all of the restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and chaos! We are also a quick 5 minute walk to the Lost Lake for cross-country skiing and snow shoeing during the day or night!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.|

|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. |Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|

|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.|

wonderful location, great mtn view, newly renovated

We stayed in this unit over Valentines day weekend and it was fantastic. The unit was just renovated and very modern. The actual condo is a corner unit facing the mountain - great view! Location is right next to Blackcomb ski lifts which makes getting on the slopes a breeze. Easy 10 minute walk to the heart of Whistler Village also.
Convenient and Spiffy

We were the first guests to stay in this place post-renovation. I have to say that walking into this room from the hallway was like walking into an entire different building! This is by far one of the coolest interiors I have ever seen, plus we had a great view of the lift line and could monitor its length.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Le Chamois, the new renovations were refreshing and the views of the Blackcomb base couldn't be better! We were able to pick up skis at the rental location on the premises and literally could ski to the back door where we locked them up at night. The heated floors were a luxury! It's a short walk to the Village and even though we didn't bring a car, we never needed it. The owners were great and the caretaker was there within 30 minutes when we needed our access card reprogramed. We will definitely return here in the future!

We have not visited Whistler/Blackcomb in several years, and had the distinct pleasure to be the first guests in this newly renovated unit at Le Chamois. First of all, the location is amazing and the view from the unit is incredible. Three of us stayed, with friends on the same floor, down the hall. LC304 is so incredible, well equipped and tastefully done, our friends kept coming over to visit. We even did take out one evening to watch a game. There was plenty of space to accommodate 7 of us sitting and eating! It was absolutly perfect. We can't thank David and Kathryn enough for everything!

Background: I needed a place to stay for 2 nights while at a conference at the Chateau (prices at Chateau a bit steep for my pocket), and knowing the set-up there I knew Le Chamois is close to the Chateau. I wanted to take my mom-in-law along as she loves Whistler and doesn’t get to spend enough time there. Unit 304 was perfect for our needs. The unit was spotless and comfortable with TWO bathrooms – so a full bathroom for me to get ready early morning to get out to my conference without disturbing mom who slept on the comfy pull-out couch with her own bathroom. The view was exactly per the pictures – mom spent a lot of her time just sitting in the unit reading and watching the people coming off the slopes. Kitchenette is small but convenient; no stove top but other than that pretty much everything else for preparing basic meals, i.e. coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, etc. etc. We didn’t miss anything. The best thing ever is that for my early morning and late evening schedule I merely had to walk across the village path way to get from Le Chamois’ back entry into the Chateau’s side shop entry – so didn’t even use my coat while there and this was extremely convenient. The pub/restaurant connected at ground level is a relaxing place to hang out, with good specials and good food. We didn’t use the pool/hot tub but we did check it out – it is small and probably not as well used as some of the other properties’ amenities. Parking is convenient and underground; not as small as some other Whistler parking spots. Owner was accessible throughout, answered my questions promptly (I originally booked/paid through AlluraDirect.com (which was very easy). Their TV wasn’t working when we got there, and I couldn’t figure it out, one call to the lady maintaining/managing the unit and she was there, pushing a few buttons and voila – working! Wifi was good too. I wills stay there again in a heartbeat.
Since this review, we've since fully renovated our unit and we now have a full kitchen, heated floors, new bathrooms, new furniture...basically a brand new unit!
