Thank you for visiting our site.  Our spacious 2 bedroom property has all of the amenities required for a fantastic holiday in beautiful Whistler.  Our unit comfortably sleeps 6 people..perfect for family or friends. The unit has 2 separate areas to add privacy...with an adjoining door between the two living areas.  On one side is the main area with fully equipped kitchen, wall bed, full bathroom and gas fireplace .  The other side has its' own living area with full bathroom and mini fridge as well.

Restaurants, activities and retail shops are steps away from Glacier Lodge as well.  No need for a vehicle at this location...you are only a 5-10 minute walk into the main village, or a 5-10 minute walk in the other direction to access the cross country trails, or Lost Lake beach during the summer.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests 30 day notice is required. First night rate is NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival then the balance will be refunded only if a replacement booking is made.
Delayed Arrivals Non-refundable. Sorry, we are not responsible for circumstances that may cause you to be delayed arriving the unit.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Payment is due according to the schedule set forth in the rates and payment section. If payment can't be made on the due dates, please contact us immediately. If payment arrangement can't be made, then cancellation of reservation will be put through and NO refund will be issued.

Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Could result in immediate eviction, and NO REFUNDS offered.
Housekeeping Provided by Mountain Hideaways.
Liability No liability is implied or offered in our unit. We will not be held or take responsibility for any injury or illness that occurs during your stay in our home or anywhere in Whistler resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact Mountain Hideaways
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6. If occupancy is exceeded...could result in immediate eviction.
Parking & Ticketing Paid parking. Pass to be purchased from lobby ticket machine.
Property Damage Please let us know if something has been broken. We will work with you to fix. However, if not notified, guest authorizes a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction 24 hr. Security Company is on duty. Excessive noise or disturbance WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Excessive noise may or will result in your eviction of our home and NO money will be refunded. If we receive a fine because of any disturbance caused, this cost will be passed onto the guest directly via a charge onto their credit card.
