Property Description

Our home is entered on the lower level through the garage with coded entry doors or up a flight of stairs to the front door.

The lower level is our games room with a pool/ping pong table, tv with dvd, and stereo system.  There is a guest bath on this level.

On the main floor you will find a large open area with living and dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with wet bar.

The upstairs is the bedroom area with a master bedroom with ensuite bath, a twin beds room with ensuite bath, and a bunk bedroom with a bath across the hall.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract We do not require a guest stay contract. When you book online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Garbage Removal There is a garbage can located in the garage, as well as a small can under the kitchen sink and wastebaskets in the bathrooms. Do not leave food/garbage outside on the deck as the crows will find it!! If you have more garbage than fits in the can in the garage please place it in additional orange bags along side the garbage can.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Guests staying 10 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bed linen every 7th day. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages. Internet service is provided by a third party. We cannot be held responsible if there is a lack of service or poor quality service at any time.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize credit card charge for actual damages. Please see information under property damage.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00PM to 7:00AM. The hot tub may be used after 11:00PM, but please engage in only quiet conversation out of respect for our neighboring guests.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Guests authorize credit card charges for actual damages. When applicable we will discuss additional charges directly with you after which your credit card will be charged for the cost of damaged or missing items.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Resort Information Provided at time of arrival and/or visit www.bigwhite.com.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Please store equipment in the garage. Do not bring equipment into the chalet.
Terms of Eviction The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: Smoking, Excessive Noise, Pets, more overnight guests than permitted.

Great spacious property that is perfect for up to 8 people. There were minor problems with the garage door opener and the gas fireplace but these were resolved. The decor is not typical which makes it fun!. The location is great - steps away from the ski out trail. Pool table in the basement was well used by our group. The kitchen is very well equipped and fun to cook in. I would go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. There were 8 of us...two families (4 adults and 4 children) and there was plenty of room for everyone.

We were able to ski in and out, which is a must and worked well, even though some of us were beginners. The hot tub was awesome to use at the end of each day.

The TV's need updating (tube not flat screens) and there could be more channels available, but honestly, we didn't use them much as everyone had their own iPads and the wifi worked well.

Bring groceries from home or Kelowna if you are planning on cooking dinner in...the market is very expensive with not much selection of fresh food, especially meat. They do deliver however and when we changed our plans to eat in every night because we liked the house so much, we were able to get some things delivered for two meals (frozen lasagna and takeout Thai food).

Nice place, things were pretty good - other than the Hot Tub having dirty contaminated water that the kids got a small rash from. The mgmt team did a good job of reacting the next day.
