This property is on the ground floor of the Aspens building with a easy exit to the slope from the deck, which is off the living area. Living area:Large and open plan with lot'sof windows.For additional privacy we installed custom Californian shutters. The living area is furnished with a queen sized sofa bed and a ditional chairs.Gas fire place,TV,VCR,CD Player.Our living & dining area is open plan .Very comfortable surrounds, and beautiful decor. Entrance Area:Heated stone flooring with a spacious area to remove all the gear from sking.Use the ski racks provided for your equipment or free ski check in the lobby at the ski shop for all clients. Bedrooms:Master bedroom with king sized bed, second bedroom with two double beds. Bathrooms:Ensuite in master bedroom. Second bathroom off the hallway with full vanity, double sized shower ,separate WC. Deck:deck off the living area, views and access to the Wizard quad chairlift - Blackcomb.Propane BBQ.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests All deposits are non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations We do not hold reservation without payment.
Delayed Arrivals We do not give refunds for late arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information A full information package is emailed following the receipt of your final balance .This contains the access information to the unit. Please bring this information with you to Whistler! Also it may be a good idea to keep our Concierge telephone number handy just in case you misplace your information package!
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests will pay any above 'normal' cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Eviction will occur if guests create excessive niose
Garbage Removal Guests will be responsible to dispose of garbage from unit on days where unit is not serviced.
Housekeeping Extra housekeeping on request. 7 nights or more we include a full midstay service.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Locking Door Guests are to lock the door at all times. Owners are not responsible for guests belongings while staying in this unit
Maintenance Emergencies Please call our concierge service if you have any questions during your stay. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 person maximum. This is strictly enforced.
Missing Items All guests are resposnsible to disclose any broken or missing items with owners.
Property Damage We do not take a damage deposit, how ever,. By accepting our guest stay contract, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur

If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund.
