Welcome to our "Home Away From Home"! Our home is located in Whistler Creek which means you are located at the best place to access Whistler Mountain.There is no need to drive to the lift as the gondola is just yards from Lake Placid Lodge.Our unit is very nicely decorated with personal touches to make you feel truly at home.To book our property click "Reserve Now" and we will do our best to make your Whistler vacation one to remember!

Creekside is the best place to access Whistler Mountain avoiding all village line-ups.Great rates for a ski in/out property.All our rates are in Canadian dollars per night for up to 4 guests.Rates are subject to 14% tax. We accept online payments by Visa or Mastercard.There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age to stay in our property.A housekeeping charge will apply to requested stays less than my minimum night requirement. PLEASE NOTE:Any posted specials are for new bookings only to fill in gaps in my availability calendar.Refunds will not be given to current booked guests.

Guests under the age of 25 will require parental supervision.

Our condo is located all on one level on the second floor of the building.It is located in the cement part of the building which means it is quieter.Our unit faces Whistler Mountain with some views of the ski runs.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days We accept arrivals on any day of the week!. no arrivals or departures on Christmas or New Years days please
Cancellations Made by Guests your deposit payment is non refundable in cases of cancellation when only your deposit portion of your reservation has been made. Cancellations made after full payment has been made, 25% is still non refundable.The remaining 75% is only refundable based on the number of nights rebooked and at the rebooked rate
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted!. Reservations will only be confirmed with payment and a signed guest stay contract
Delayed Arrivals No Refunds!. Unforseen circumstances such as road closures, poor driving conditions or delayed flight arrivals etc...will not constitute a refund!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information approx 30 days prior to arrival. Later for last minute reservations
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract Required to confirm reservation. Please sign, date and return your Reservation Confirmation Letter as requested
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Reservation Changes If availability permits and in accordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits.If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable.If you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similiarly non-refundable.If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Bike Storage secured storage area.Use at your own risk.We do not take any responsibility for vandalism. store your bikes in the summer and your skiis/snowboard gear in the winter....bring your own locks to secure equipment.
Check-In Time 4 p.m. Contact us: an earlier check in may be possible!
Check-Out Time 10 a.m promptly.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Please follow the check-out procedure. Failure to leave the unit as required will incurr additional charges.By accepting our policies you are agreeing to pay for any additional charges relating to the unit on departure
Excessive Noise excessive noise will not be tolerated!. This is a family oriented complex.No noise after 10pm
Garbage Removal You are responsible for removing all garbage from the unit upon departure.
Housekeeping complimentary housekeeping before and after your stay. If the unit is not left in a satisfactory manner on your departure you will incurr any additional housekeeping costs relating to it.Additional housekeeping will be provided for longer stays
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property
Locking Door Please be sure to lock the property door each time you are exiting.
Maintenance Emergencies Complete emergency contacts provided for our guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 people strictly enforced. Failure to comply will result in eviction without refund
Missing Items you are responsible and will be invoiced for any costs relating to missing items.
Noise Restrictions This is a family complex..please be considerate.Noise will not be tolerated after 10pm. Any fines as a result of any guests stay will be the responsibility of the guest and faces possible eviction
Parking & Ticketing available in our secured underground parkade. vehicle must be removed from the parkade upon check-out (no exceptions)! If you want to ski on your departure day, your vehicle must be removed from the parkade and relocated across the street in the public parking area
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage The guest will incurr all expenses relating to property damage while staying in our unit caused by either him/herself or anyone in their party. By accepting our guest stay contract, you agree to pay us for all damages.Please inform us of any damages or anything requiring our attention so that we can remedy the situation immediately so our next guests stay will not be disrupted in any way.Any lost sets of keys will incurr a charge of $110.00 per set.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly tourist accommodation.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage secured storage area off entry...bring your own locks.
Terms of Eviction excessive noise after 10pm, disorderly conduct,willful damage of unit and/or complex ammenities, exceeding max occupancy.
