Reservation Changes If availability permits, and in accordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availibility permits. If you would like to shorten your booking however, note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, it will be re-adjusted to reflect the shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4 pm. Earlier check-in may be possible. Contact us for details.
Check-Out Time 10 am. You will be charged $35 if our cleaners arrive and you are still in the suite.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Will be passed on to you. When applicable, we will discuss additional charges directly with you by phone, afterwhich you can use this online payment system to make the appropriate payment (damage, cleaning and garbage removal cost).
Excessive Noise $200 fine from our property strata. By accepting the Guest Stay Contract you agree to our charging your credit card for all fines incurred during your stay.
Garbage Removal Instructions for garbage bag removal will be provided. Excessive garbage in the suite that results in additional costs will be forwarded to you
Housekeeping Depend on the number of nights you stay with us. I will inform you specific dates the suite will be thoroughly cleaned.
Liability We are expressly excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, whilst in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies 24-hour cell. Complete emergency information will be provided.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 9 people overnight. Strictly enforced
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Eviction for excessive noise.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

My wife and I and our two daughters and their spouses had a wonderful Christmas vacation staying at this Whistler vacation home. It was great to wake up in the morning to the warm heated floors and finish the day with a hot tub and drink by the fireplace.

The home is very well equipped and we were able to cook all our meals in house. The home was clean, centrally located, in excellent condition and we will definitely book it again for our next trip to Whistler. Making the booking arrangements with Marcel was easy and handled professionally. Thanks Marcel.

Great, clean but a bit hot

Marcel is great to and very accommodating. His place is nice and clean and had everything we needed. The blinds by the sliding door in the kitchen was broken and needed to be tied up to get outside. We found it very hard to get the temperature inside just right as the thermostat was downstairs and upstairs was blazing hot.

The owner, Marcel got back to me with answers to all my questions prior to booking, which was great. Everything was set up very nicely for our arrival and lived up to our expectations. I was pleased with all the different appliances in the kitchen cupboards.

Stayed at this property with friends form Ireland we all loved it......close to the village minutes walk to the museum well equipped kitchen all you needed and more. FYI.... most tours use the main road so you can get dropped off just a few steps from the entrance.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. We would happily recommend it to others and would stay here again. The only improvements would be that there were only 7 chairs to sit around the dining table and we had booked the accommodation for 8 people. All appliances were great and good quality. However, the blender may need to be replaced as it was leaking.

Overall, the place is well decorated and has excellent amenities, is a great walk to the village and has some lovely views.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The Montbello development fills a unique niche in Whistler accommodations. We were looking for a rental with equal numbers of baths to beds, nicely sized, a private hot tub, and easy access to the village. Oh, and at a good price. This filled the bill very nicely.

Great location and size, very nicely appointed from the heated floors to the private hot tub to the fully outfitted kitchen. Great stay!

The place was lovely. But we go to ski and the access to get to the lifts was non existant. the bus right outside the development cost money and no one knew the schedule ( we never saw a bus come there) we had to walk blocks to get to another bus with our ski boots and gear. Then at the end of your day you are tired and you have to walk all that way again. We had children who couldn't really carry their gear that far so we helped them.

This is the first time we have stayed at Whistler that there wasn't easy transportation. We have been coming for years.

This property is fabulous for families or a larger group who prefer a home over a hotel / condo. We were super comfortable and will stay there again!

Pros: - Great layout with a private bath for each bedroom. - Hottub in your backyard - Bus stop 30 yards away to the Gondola/village - No Extra Fees (Internet and Parking are included with a Garage and plenty of guest parking on the property) - Property owner was fast and responsive to all our needs

Conns - It is hard to go back to back to work after staying here for a ski holiday

Great place and excellent location! Would definitely return. Easy walk to the village in the summer. A/C was a nice bonus with the hot weather. Has 3 washrooms (each with a shower) so it is very comfortable for a group of 6 adults. Outdoor hot tub and patio was nice although they are on the ground floor so not much privacy when spending time on the patio.

The home was in a great location! Although we did drive to the Blackcomb lifts it was certainly an easy walk without snowboard gear. The home was comfortable and spacious which was perfect for our party of 6 adults. I liked that there was a garage which would have been needed if we were there in the winter.

Marcel was quite accessible and responded to my emails and even a phone call on the day of check in which was greatly appreciated. The unit had quite a few upgrades which was nice for a vacation rental. The heated floors, the hot tub and the Mac in the kitchen were welcome amenities. We look forward to renting this unit in the future.

Very comfortable. Convenient location, within walking distance of lifts, though it felt like a very long walk when carrying skis... Kitchen could have had a bit more kitchen wares. Did not figure out how to work the fireplace. Decoration looked a bit minimalist and tired, but not a big deal. I'd be happy to book it again. Owner was very quick to respond to emails.

This place is beautiful and exactly as advertised! The kitchen was full of supplies and the bedding was very comfy and warm in all the rooms. Parking here was never an issue and the walk to the village was about 10 minutes and beautiful. We drove to the mountain since we had a lot of gear and the walk was a bit far for us. I believe there is a shuttle stop nearby though. We put the hot tub to use every night! Everyone in my party had a great time and loved the accommodations.
