Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit and full payment refundable up to 30 days prior to reservation date. Less than 30 days prior to reservation date deposit and full payment only refundable if we can re-book for your reserved dates. All refunds subject to 4% cancellation fee.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds . Please contact us if you are arriving after 10:00pm (doors locked).
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information 30 days prior to arrival . Upon receipt of payment for last minute reservations.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00pm . Contact us for possible early check-in. Lobby doors locked after 10:00pm so check with us for late check-in.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise
Housekeeping Unit cleaned prior to your arrival . If you require additional housekeeping please contact us.
Liability We are excluded from all personal liability for personal bodily injury occurring in #228 Lake Placid Lodge, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies Local emergency contact provided .

Property Damage Guest will pay for all damage incurred during the reservation dates.
Rental Accommodation Zoning

The only negative in the unit involved the shower head. It either has to be cleaned or replaced. Very weak stream.

This was the best value we've ever gotten for a ski place. We paid less for a night here than we did for our hotel room at Seattle airport, and got a lot more. It's maybe 400 ft from the lift; the condo is well-furnished and the amenities are good. We'll consider renting again. The reservation process was quick, MaryAnn, the rental agent, was very responsive to our emailed questions, and the check-in process was very smooth.

We had a small maintenance problem the first day that could have made things unpleasant. We called Sally, the local contact person, at 8 AM and when we came back for lunch, it was fixed. Creekside Village is small, but has all the necessities. We only drove out once to Whistler Village (5 minutes by car). Creekside Village has a smallish, but well-stocked market and the resort pricing uptick is not bad.

Observation for prospective renters - it is a one-bedroom condo. The second bed is a sleeper sofa in the living room (the sleeper is a decent bed). The condo works very well for 2 people. If you have 3 or 4 and want to have a functioning living room, you'll need to work luggage storage and sofa management. There is a closet for those using the second bed. It will hold one person's stuff well and two fair. Having the ski storage room right by the lodge entrance was very convenient. However, there were a lot of ski locks securing unused spaces. This limited the amount of space, so we had to go looking. We always found a spot; a couple of times, we just secured our skis in a snowboard slot. Not sure if they were condo owners trying to reserve spaces, or abandoned locks that nobody has removed. The only other complaints: kitchen knives could use sharpening, and the heater control for the lodge's hot tub was broken

Great Stay at Creekside

Our stay at Whistler Creekside was great. The unit was very clean and contained everything we needed and more for a lovely stay. From our request for early entry till our departure 5 days later, we couldn't have asked for better.

Its great location to the gondola gave us quick access to the mountain, and the supermarket and eating places close by were very convenient. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Creekside for 4 powder days

My wife and I stayed here for our birthdays. Condo was very clean. Owners were easy to communicate with. Pool and hot tub were never crowded. It is plenty big enough for 4 people even though it was just the two of us.

We had powder every day, so it was nice being at the Creekside base to avoid the huge lines at the main base. You get to the Roundhouse lodge just as fast from here. The location is great. Takes two minutes to get to the lift after grabbing your skis out of the storage area at the front door of the lodge.

Heated underground parking. Creekside base has everything you need. Groceries, pizza, bank, and DUSTY'S for ribs and apres. The drive to the Blackcomb gondola takes 5-7 minutes and $8.00 for all day parking. Or you can go up and take the peak to peak across.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this unit, it had everything we needed. The bedding was excellent, the pillows were comfortable and they had plenty of blankets for us to use. Also, my kids loved the window seat to the back of the unit. Another great thing was that the kitchen was fully stocked with spices, sugar and all the utensils we needed and more.

Overall, this was the best condo I have stayed in from when I first started coming to Whistler, which was over fifteen years ago. I would highly recommend you to stay at this room.

It has a unique view - the amount of trees make one really feel like one is in’ the mountain, even though one is down town Creek side hot tub and then a cool dip in the swimming pool is a perfect way to end the day!

*Unit was acceptable....fridge leaking; dishwasher has external damage(noted upon our arrival). *Well-equipped with plenty of suitable kitchen equipment. *A couple of patio chairs would be super, plus one larger fan

*pool is degrading...should have tile replacements before it gets any mouldier. *hot tub also deteriorating.

I just have a suggestion for the kitchen. A tea pot would be handy for making a pot of tea --rather than 1 cup at a time. A couple serving dishes for meat and vegges, for putting dinner on the table would be handy. A floor lamp in the living room for reading is a consideration. These are not negative comments, only suggestions. The condo is very comfortable, and well accommodated. Yes we would come back again and recommend your property.

Great Ski Vacation for our family!

This condo had everything we needed! The one bedroom, plus sofa bed was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen and eating area were great for having breakfast before heading to the slopes, and was also more than adequate for when we cooked dinner and ate in. The closeness of the condo to the Creekside Gondola was very convenient. We just had to walk across the street and up the stairs to get to it. The rental shop for renting a pair of skis was also very easy as it was also across the street and at the top of the stairs. Overall, we loved our stay at this condo, and would love to rent it again in the future.
