Our home is located in the upper village area on Blackcomb, just 350 meters or aproximately a 5 minute walk to the base of Blackcomb. There is a ski trail that leads to Blackcomb base that starts across the street from our complex and trail access to ski back home from the Wizard chair. Chateau Whistler Golf Course is an approximate 5 minute walk and it's approximately a 10 minute walk to Lost Lake.

Arrival Days We accept arrivals on any day of the week.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, unless your reservation can be replaced. We will refund your payment if we can replace your booking; refunds are at the re-booked rate and based on the number of nights re-booked; all cancellation refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information 30 days prior to arrival. Later for last minute reservations.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

Dianne and I have been marketing our property through this website since July 2000 and have owned property in Whistler for over 35 years. We have owned this particular property for 18 years and have seen Whistler grow from a very small ski area to the world class destination resort it is today. We live in Surrey, a suburb approximately 30 minutes east of Vancouver and have the opportunity to use our Whistler home frequently. Reasonable Price, Close to Village

Condo is about a 10 minute walk to the Village, 5 minute walk to the Blackcomb lifts with a ski out option. You do have to walk across Spearhead to ski out to the lift, but it saves time opposed to walking. The ski in option is a little more difficult, as you have to ski in from the mountain to Spearhead, unstrap, walk up past the bus stop, then strap in again to ski to the condo complex. Then you have to walk across the complex to the unit. The garage is very small and at the end of the complex, and a bit difficult to get into. Once in the condo, it is very comfortable. Washer/dryer on entry level, kitchen, family room and bathroom on second level, and two bedrooms and a full bath in the hallway on the third level. Keyless entry with code for the door which is very convenient. Large balcony off the family room with gas fireplace. Overall, very good condo for the price.

This was our second time staying in this unit and we continue to appreciate it. The unit is clean and comfortable with everything we need for our family. The air conditioning unit was especially helpful during our visit as the summer sun really heats up the upstairs. This year we had to make a change to our reservation about 8 weeks before arrival. The owners were very responsive and made the change painlessly for us. We will likely come back here for a third time and continue to recommend it to friends and family.

Our only small suggestions would be to add another fan to help keep the upstairs cooler during the hotter weather. Also, we were not able to make Netflix play any title during our stay.

My husband and I, and our two boys stayed here and it was wonderful. The boys were very excited and said it was "legit", which is their current word for "cool". The set up was great and the kitchen had everything we needed for the many meals we stayed in for. It was extra nice that the unit was an end unit as well. The boys were able to play in the snow right outside where I could see them. The two sleds in the garage were a great surprise and definitely used!

The owner was very quick with responses to our reservation. My only suggestion would be to add a pad or mattress topper to the bed in the master-it was a bit springy and firm. Also maybe a few extra bath towels. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

For the price and location this was a good value. The small garage was a perfect fit for keeping a load of bikes safely tucked away at night. Parking a big vehicle was a bit challenging given the right spaces but once done we hardly needed the vehicle for four days. The location is a 10-15 min walk to the main village stroll and easy access to the valley trail system. This was a perfect fit for our family and we plan to return to this unit in future trips to Whistler.

Overall this place is perfect! This is the second year in a row we've stayed here and couldn't have been happier. It's location is ideal, only a 10 min walk to the Blackcomb base or a free bus ride to either Whistler or Blackcomb. The size is great for large groups (we had 8). Plus, there's plenty of parking with a garage and two parking passes.

All of this for a affordable price!! The Anuik's have a great setup for anytime of year!

Perfect Whistler stay

We were in Whistler for the Canadian Orienteering Championships and Forest Trails was perfect for our group: just a short walk from the base of Blackcomb, another short walk from Lost Lake and also an evening event we had at the local Lilloet First Nations cultural centre. All was set for our arrival and we availed ourselves of the handy BBQ and deck on a couple occasions. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking gear and overall our stay was excellent. Only the week was very hot so the two people in the Master Bedroom with a portable a/c unit definitely benefitted from that! Having a great TV in the main living area and in the Master Bedroom was also super, with the wifi connection VG too. Thanks to Lorne and Dianne for this excellent rental experience and rate!

We had the time of our lives in this property. It's so comfortable and really close from everything. We did just 3 minutes to Blackomb and 5 to Whistler Village. The owners are really kind and it was very clean. The check-in with the code was fast. It has all you need to have a good vacations. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress at the master bedroom, it is too soft and make a lot of noice. We couldn't rest that good because every single movement you make, it sounds like you were jumping in it. Otherwise, I will recomend it 100%

Our family of four stayed here for a week in July. The place was clean and spacious, exactly as described. You can walk to the Blackcomb base where the family Adventure Zone and Blackcomb lifts are in about 5 minutes, and Whistler Village in about 15 minutes, half that time if you bike. Lost Lake is also about a 10 minute walk away. While relatively close to everything, it is far enough away to be very quiet at nights. It was nice to have a garage to store our bikes and other gear, but it is a little small to park a car unless you have a compact, and then there is no room to store anything else if a car is in there. No matter, there is covered parking about 100 feet away and you can park in front of the unit to unload. The condo is well furnished and the kitchen well stocked with utensils. WiFi is fast (I clocked it consistently at 15 Mbps downlink on speedtest) and there is Telus cable TV and a large flatscreen with a DVR in the living room - useful because we could record World Cup matches to watch in the evenings. Overall, this is a great place, but here are some minor issues/suggestions: - Balcony does not have a table. It would be nice to sit outside to eat there in the summer evenings. - Windows do not have screens. It was particularly hot the week we stayed so we needed to keep the windows open at night, and the lack of screens meant annoying flying insects got into the house. - We did not find the master bedroom mattress to be that comfortable.

We had such an amazing time at the condo. The condo is on a slight hill which is 20 meters from the bus stop with free shuttles to both Blackcomb and Whistler so it's very convenient. The condo is just as advertised 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The bottom floor has the garage and a newer model washer/dryer so you can have fresh skiing/snowboarding gear each day. The second floor has a nice kitchen, dining area, a bathroom, a fireplace and outside patio with a BBQ. The top floor has the 2 bedrooms with plenty of closet space to arrange all your clothes. The top floor also has bathtub with jacuzzi jets which makes it perfect after a day of skiing/snowboarding. If you want a nice cozy place to rest up for the next day of adventure with a great price, this is the place!!! If you want a mansion for partying on the side of the mountain, this is not the place for you. The entire rental experience went extremely smooth. All instructions and directions were clear and concise. Making the entire stay effortless. The owners were extremely nice and pleasant to work with. Be aware, the garage parking will not fit large vehicles such as a full size suv (ie. Chevy Yukon). A minivan will barely fit in the garage. However, there are plenty of parking in the condo complex about 75 meters from the condo. Just remember to place the parking placard on your rear windshield mirror.

We had an awesome time at this place! It was so close to the Wizard lift, only a 10 min walk away. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was a little small, but we made do. The garage and extra parking spaces were a plus to store skiis and gear. For the price, it was exactly as expected. We would definitely come back!

We stayed in the property for 10 nights with our 4 kids. We found it very comfortable, plenty of room and it contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. The snow wasn't fantastic when we were there but had it been better we would have been able to ski home to our door. All in all it was a great place to stay, very clean, all the things you need, great value and we would definitely stay there again and/or recommend to friends.

We enjoyed our stay at Forest Trails. It was very comfortable and as advertised, there were no surprises. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. It was nice and quiet on a corner unit. It was nice to have the fireplace, internet access and lots of options on the T.V. The location was great, not far from the bus stop for the free shuttle. There was enough snow that we could almost ski to the cabin. The garage is small, we could not fit our jeep in but the guest parking was only steps away.

The condo was great, as usual! We had a wonderful trip and the condo suits our needs very well. It's reasonably convenient to ride back and forth to the lifts (even on DH bikes) and into the village for dinner, and we really enjoy having an actual garage to store our bikes and gear while we are there. We've stayed three years in a row now and will be back again!! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Forest Trails. The location was ideal for us because we were biking on Whistler mountain. There are many walking/biking trails that will take you to the lake, village, or gondola/base area. Parking wasn't too difficult in the summer but I could see it being challenging in the winter. Be careful when parking your car roadside. Pay attention to the signage. We used the 1-car garage to secure our 6 bikes and that was a huge amenity and space saver! We slept 7 people comfortably. We enjoyed the deck and used the BBQ. The kitchen was well equipped as well.

We stayed here for the first time this July and we will definitely be returning again. The unit was very clean and the space comfortable for us and the three kids. The 2nd bedroom provided the kids with very comfortable sleeping arrangements. The portable air conditioner was helpful on the hot days. We found a nice route to the main village which made it a pleasant shorter walk. The home has everything you will need for your stay including stainless steel cookware and cast iron skillet instead of a bunch of scratched up unusable non-stick cookware which we really appreciated. Thanks for going the extra mile Lorne and Dianne! We will return again!

We enjoyed this townhouse within walking distance of the center of Whistler. Lorne was helpful in providing a crib for my baby and flexible when I had to change dates. The place was cozy with comfotable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. I thought it was a great value for the price.

The property had plenty of room, with a great layout for being able to visit while preparing food.Everything was clean and comfortable.Great to have a garage for the bikes and to have laundry on site for washing our cycling gear.The kitchen was pretty well stocked and nice to have the barbeque on deck as well. We hope to return and would recommend it to friends.Nice to be away from the village noise, but still close enough to walk to.

Definetely will go back if this unit is available. We were looking for a comfortable and value priced unit not too far from the ski areas, but in a quiet area. Owner is very accomodating and provided clear communications. Small living room and kitchen but perfectly functional and nicely decorated cozy unit. Kitchen and linens were clean and well stocked. Garage is little narrow to get a full size car in without getting boxed in. We parked our Subaru in the nearby guest parking area. Tv channels were little too slow changing, not sure if this is a problem with the service or the equipment. Overall these were minor inconveniences, we were happy with our stay. We could plug our iPod to the sound system. Internet connectivity was very good. If one can find their way around Blackcomb you can ski down to the unit under good snow conditions. We enjoyed the quietness. Beds were very comfortable. Nice bathrooms. Good find!

We stayed at Forest Trails over the Victoria Day weekend. It is our third stay at this property, having been there over a previous Spring long weekend and also over the Christmas festive season. We keep returning to Lorne and Dianne's condo, because, to be honest, it can't be beat. Spotlessly clean with every possible amenity, it is truly a home away from home.The location is ideal; within easy walking distance to the village and the ski base. Our family have made wonderful memories at Forest Trails and we would love to return again at some future date.

Great place to stay - quiet end unit, both bedrooms on top floor. Nice 3 story layout with a garage so your car doesn't need scraping in the morning and you have a safe place to store all of your skis. Warm 'mud-room' next to the garage entrance to store and dry all the ski gear overnight. Cozy living-room with gas fireplace, unpretentious furniture, fully functional kitchen (we ate all of our meals in house and saved tons of money). Close enough to the lifts to walk to the hill or the village, or there is a bus stop (free transit) right outside. Right near Lost Lake for x-country ski trails. Owners are really organized with instructions and directions to the unit. We had no problems at all.

comfy beds and great location

we had a terrific time at whistler during xmas. There were 6 of us and everyone had a very good night sleep on the beds. The sheets were really comfortable! The cabin is small and cozy and the flat screen tv was a definite plus. The cabin is near the shuttles, about 5 mins to blackcomb and 9-10 mins to whistler village. Easy to find!

We truly enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with the townhome. The riding distance to the bike park or over to the Whistler Village was not bad at all on a paved path, and it was very convenient to have a garage to store our bikes in securely. The condo does have a lot of stairs to get up to the bedrooms, not that it was a big deal for us, but could be for some people. But the beds were very comfortable, everything worked great, and there was a nice TV with cable, and excellent wireless internet, which was good to have as well.

Great place, the garage is definitely a bonus. Great comfy place, great furniture, great TV, very well stocked kitchen. It's been a family tradition to spend a weekend in Whistler during the summer for at least 15 years. Most places we stayed at are very nice, but this place is special because, and this might be hard to explain, the owners leave the guests with a strong impression that they are trusted. To make a place home for a few days, to me that is a very important element.

This was our first trip to Whistler. We came for mountain biking and golf. The townhouse was great. The kitchen has everything you need, the bbq was awesome. The beds were great the airconditioning made it so comfortable, as it was quite hot while we were there. Having 2 full bathrooms was awesome. Laundry in the unit was great! Having the garage for storing all the sports equipment was a huge bonus. I could go on and on but will sum it up that it was one if not our best family vacation!! We had a great time and will definately be back, staying in your townhouse was almost like being at home!
