Welcome to our Vacation Rental!


Montebello offers location, spacious grounds, top-quality construction and furnishings, and quiet atmosphere. Our townhome has views of both ski mountains, and several special features such as a high-quality sound system, HDTV with Blu-ray and a Weber Genesis barbecue. We do not rent to groups larger than 6 persons, and keep our unit maintained in as-new condition.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests First night rent is non-refundable. If the reservation is paid in full and booking is cancelled less than 45 days before arrival a refund (less the first night rent) will be issued only if we are able to re-rent the unit for the same time period, and the refund will not exceed the subsequent rent received. If cancellation is more than 45 days before arrival, any payments above the first night rent will be refunded.

Delivery of Instructions and Access Information guests will receive passcode for pushbutton combination lock.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract you will receive a rental agreement to sign that confirms the terms of your stay and the amenities included.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise prohibited; offending guests liable for any fines or security enforcement charges that accrue. May lead to eviction

Liability we maintain liability insurance to protect guests in the event of injury or loss due to negligence by us or our managers.

Perfect in every aspect. Great hot tub and beautiful setting with the mountains! Just not Ski In or Ski out, so be ready to drive to parking lots or take bus to lifts. I look forward to staying here again!

Great vacation!

We had a great stay in Whistler last weekend! The condo was close to everything. We walked out to the village many times and loved coming home to a toasty hot tub. For skiing, we parked up at the tube park lot and skied down to the village to fresh tracks Whistler breakfast.

We loved the condo's heated floors and the fireplace kept things nice and warm. I loved the double showerheads in the master bath! The mud room is super convenient for getting out of gear after a full day of skiing, and the racks in the garage held all of our gear perfectly.

Jean, Urs and Jill were a pleasure to work with. We definitely look forward to visiting again next year!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo with our two boys (ages 8 & 5) and my parents this June. I can't even express what an amazing time we all had, just being in Whistler is so much fun but staying at this unit in montebello added to the wonderful experience. We were booked for 3 nights but didn't want to leave, thankfully getting hold of the owner was easy and she gave us her blessing to stay an extra night.

To say this place is beautiful is an understatement, but it is comfortable and cozy too. We loved how the patio doors at the back opened onto a green space (gave the kids room to run while we enjoyed the private hot tub) and how there is no other development in behind so you get a great peak to peak view. Robes are provided for everybody which is a nice touch, especially for use after the hot tub.

We also loved the weber genesis bbq (upon returning home we went and purchased the same model we liked it so much)! I also loved the breville espresso maker provided, we enjoyed many coffees every morning! The attached garage was perfect for storing all of our bikes and gear safely. Lastly, the location was perfect, it is an easy walking distance to the main village for children and seniors.
