SKI IN SKI OUT from the Glacier Lodge: at the base of Whistler’s Mountains (lift access to both Whistler Mountain and Blackcomb Mountain). Glacier Lodge is located in the heart of Whistler's Upper Village. All you need is at your doorstep including the Blackcomb /Whistler Base & ski school, cafes, five star dining, ski shops and many activities. No need for shuttles or cars. Upper Village is also a preferred area for those who value a quite night’s sleep. Please see below maps.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less $175 transaction fee, if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if the reservation is replaced. Balance payment refunds values are determined based on the value of replacement reservations. Any applicable refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival.|

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Guest Identification Documents||We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) upon check in, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.|
|Guest Stay Contract||By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. |Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. |Property Damage||Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Upon arrival, a pre approved damage deposit of $1000 will be held on the guests credit card and guests identification verified. The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $1000 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.|

|Terms of Eviction||Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!|

Great value for the place.
Lots of room for our family.
Close to restaurants and the village.
Just a quick walk away.
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had lots of dishes and cups for a large group. The kitchen is a bit dated and I expect it will probably be updated down the road.
The two televisions were old and should be updated also. We were not there to watch TV anyways.
The Sunday Market is right outside the deck.
Great place to stay in the Fall for the end of Summer. Enjoyed downhill mountain biking with plenty of shops to assist.
Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a summer vacation. This was the first time staying by the Blackcomb base, and it was very enjoyable. It was close, clean and fairly quiet (compared to Whistler base) The condo itself is big, laid out well, and had all sorts of amenities. We loved the pool and hot tub. (although who's idea was it to use slippery ceramic time around a pool?) We had easy access to the garage and bike room.
The Blackcomb gondolas were a short walk away and there was a farmer's market on Sunday right under the living room windows. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the people shopping at the farmer's market and the kid's groups going to and from adventure camps. The hotel/condo itself is clean, nice and safe. There was multiple layers of security to protect bikes and/or skis. We'd definitely stay here again.View Full Review

Was perfectly happy with the property. Clean all around - I'm not picky though, so if grout was not properly cleaned in kitchen or bathroom I wouldn't notice this.

We couldn't be more happy with our experience staying at the Glacier Lodge. Our room was great considering we had 9 firemen staying there it met our needs perfectly. At no time did we ever feel like we needed more room or did I ever hear anyone say they would've liked something to be different. The concierge at the front desk was extremely helpful and always willing to help, and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. The hot tub and heated pool were well mainainted and there was never a problem with over crowding even when all 9 of us would come down. We would certainly stay here again!!!View Full Review

We had a lovely holiday In your apartment, the only downside was the quality of the television, think maybe a flat screen would be better, I did think I needed a degree when switching it on, this didn't spoil our vacation at all. The situation of the apartment was ideal for the slopes, restaurants and shops. Being able to leave skis downstairs was ideal. Would certainly try to book this apartment again when we decide on next years dates. The laundry facilities were ideal and inexpensive. Great place to stay, although the unit needs to be updated. Both of the TVs are old school picture tubes and need to be replaced with flat screens and Hi Def. I did notice a NuHeat control cover was missing. Kitchen somewhat outdated(counter, cabinets, electric stove),but functional. With all of the new places to stay at Whistler/Blackcomb I would probably look for a newer updated condo next time in the same building.View Full Review

Location is convenient and in perfect walking distance to the village. The unit is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Owner was very responsive during our stay; we also would have appreciated a response to our telephone enquiries p r i o r to our arrival. The unit is extremely hot in the summer season. There is no air flow and therefore no possibility for the rooms to cool down during the night. We would strongly suggest an air conditioning unit to be installed if the condo is being rented out in July and August.View Full Review Owner Has Responded
