Whistler Village North. Located just steps to the Shops, Restaurants, MarketPlace, Valley Trail and Alpine Lifts! It is quiet, peaceful and very CONVENIENT! We are a few minutes' walk to all the Village amenities and the free Village Shuttle Bus. The Valley trail is just across the street. To use the maps, click on the map image, and then click on the area you want to zoom in to! We are located in the Montebello section labeled as Montebello Property in red. Our home is a 10-15 min. walk or a shuttle to the shops, restaurants, valley trail, parks, lakes and alpine lifts!

Suitability & Eligibility Policies

We reserves the right to refuse accommodation upon arrival to guests who have booked over the Internet, phone, or through a third party and do not meet the minimum age requirements as stated above. Children are welcome providing a parent or guardian of the children are 26 or older are also staying in the property. We do not accept ski camps.|

|Non-Smokers Only||Absolutely no smoking allowed. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property.|

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less $175 transaction fee, if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if the reservation is replaced. Balance payment refunds values are determined based on the value of replacement reservations. Any applicable refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival.|
|Delayed Arrivals||No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Guest Identification Documents||We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.|
|Guest Stay Contract||By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.|
|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. |Property Sale||Property Sale or inhabitable /damaged / under construction: in the event that the property is damaged, under construction or sold, we will assist in attempting to relocate you to a comparable property. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights, or vacation-related products.|
|Reservation Changes||Please contact us if you need to lengthen or shorten your reservation, and we will do what we can to accommodate. Changes are not guaranteed, and refunds may be treated in accordance with our cancellation policy.|

There is parking for one vehicle at our property. There is also visitor parking on a first come bases (Note: guests are not to park more 1 vehicle in visitor parking)|
|Property Damage||Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Upon arrival, a pre approved damage deposit of $1000 will be held on the guests credit card and guests identification verified. The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $1000 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.|

Great Condo and Owner, Would Definitely Stay Again

We absolutely loved our stay here. Before we even arrived there were a few questions that I sent to the owner and he was very responsive and helpful. There was 10 of us staying at the condo so we definitely appreciated a layout that was conducive to groups--with the hot tub just outside the dining and living area. We also appreciated the cleanliness and the amenities, down to the towels and linens provided. Even though many of us brought toiletries it was nice to have the small soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, something you don't always see in rentals.
The owner and maintenance deserve more than 5 stars--maybe even 12. At the last minute we noticed that the kitchen didn't have large cooking pots which we needed for our Super Bowl meal. We reached out to a very helpful management staff and they reached the owner on a Sunday. The owner then went above and beyond by providing us with 2 new pots within a few hours of our request. Our meal was saved.

This townhouse rental is located conveniently close (walking distance approx. 5 min) to Whistler village and Blackcomb/Upper village but still feels quiet and residential. It was roomy enough for four adults and two kids with a modern kitchen, large dining area, and lovely living room. The bedrooms were also spacious, bathrooms were modern/new, and everything was comfortable. The private hot tub is also an added bonus, even in summer. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely look into renting this property again for Ski season. The townhouse would be perfect for winter as it has a large entry way, a converted garage to house all your ski equipment/mud room, heated floors, gas fireplace, -- and the private hot tub.View Full Review
