Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Booking & Arrival Deadline Must book and pay full balance at least 72 hours before your arrival date.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Identification Documents We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Guest Stay Policies

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise excessive noise may result in eviction
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler.

Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Property Damage Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. Guest authorizes up to a $1,000 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning We are zoned for nightly rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage No ski or snowboard gear is allowed in the unit.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Great location for ski holiday

Stayed here for 2 weeks in Dec 16. Great location for Blackcomb slopes and also for quick walk or bus ride into the main Village. The rooms are well laid out giving plenty of space for our family of 3. The kitchen is well equipped which allowed us to eat in after a tiring day on the slopes but there are plenty of places to eat out either in Blackcomb or the Village. The Lodge itself has good amenities with an excellent hot tub and small gym and the front desk were very helpful when we needed anything.

Great Condo, with just a few notes.

Property was great, as shown in photos. The only thing to note is that it seems to be directly over the mechanics for the garage door, so if you're early to bed you might be bothered by the door going up and down as people leave and arrive. It's quite loud if you're in the bedroom. Also note you have to put down a credit card for a deposit on pool towels; not a big deal, just a bit of a hassle. There is ski storage but only open from 8am-6pm. Also be sure to check your junk mail as the codes seem to end up there.

Excellent place , close to everything. A bit confusing with 2 doors- one for the main living area and another for the one bedroom that is joined by a very short hallway and doors inside so that it can be rented as either a bach or 1 bedroom. Awesome pool and two hot tubs!

Comfy Weeklong Stay For Our Young Family

We just returned home from our week stay, and it was perfect for our family. We are a family of 5, 3 kids age 7 and under, so finding accommodations that work well are hard to find. We enjoyed our stay on the quiet side of the mountain - the village is just a 10 minute walk away, and not surrounded by loud parties and tourists. Although the weather was not working in our favour, we still felt like there was enough to do, and because we a great space we never felt cramped or got cabin fever.

If there had to be constructive criticism, I would only suggest to have better kitchen tools/utensils - only because we cooked/prepped food a lot to try to save ourselves from eating out all week long (and constantly feeding snacking children). The pans were really old, the nonsticks were old and unusable (but I had to use them because they were the only option), melted plastic spatulas - empty boxes of plastic wrap/ziplocs (which is already an additional item which was unexpected, but a little disappointed when they were empty when I thought I had those to use). It's not really a complaint as a lot of accommodations at this rate don't have kitchens - but if there was a way to enjoy the stay better, that would have been it.

Otherwise it was really perfect, more than we expected and ultimately we would highly recommend others to stay here if they are visiting Whistler.

Lovely stay at glacier lodge suites

Such a beautiful suite to stay in. Really modern and really clean. Only problem was that there was no propane gas left in the canister even though a working BBQ was mentioned in the ad. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this place as long as the BBQ fully functional.

Great condo in a nice location of the upper village at a reasonable price. We find the upper village much quieter than the village, yet still close enough to everything you need. Check in/out was easy, and the door codes are much more convenient than having to carry keys.

Nice condo in a great location

Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights in Feb. We really love the location, very easy walk to the base of Blackcomb. It was a great space, plenty of room for four, two bathrooms is ideal! The murphy bed is in the master bedroom, so unfortunately no privacy. We found everything we needed and I would definitely recommend this condo.
