Welcome to Whistler Lagoons! Our bright, newly-renovated 3 bedroom/3 bathroom Townhouse has wonderful views of the lagoon and Blackcomb Mountain from the 3 decks, a brand new private hot tub (2013), and all the kitchen and electronic entertainment amenities to make a wonderful trip to Whistler.
We are on the quiet, view side of Lagoons with a great location across from the street from the Village, the free mountain shuttle and Marketplace (IGA, drugstore, liquor store etc.). When you aren't enjoying the many outdoor and indoor activities steps outside the door in Whistler, relax and entertain in the Townhouse. It is well equipped with 4 flat screen TVs, free high speed wireless, DVD players, stereo, Telus Digital Optik TV (3 rooms), and Apple TV (living room). Relax by the modern gas fireplace and watch a movie, or play one of dozens of games (Playstation 2 and Wii in bunk bed room, board games). Wake up to world-class views and espresso/latte and cooking in the well-equipped kitchen.
Townhouse includes three bedrooms upstairs: master (queen) with ensuite with bath/shower, patio and hottub; second bedroom (queen) with patio and bathroom across hall (shower); bunk bed room perfect for 2 singles or as a kids room. Main floor includes open layout kitchen, dining room and kitchen and newly-renovated powder room.

Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, variety of cooking and storage items. Unique popcorn maker is a fun way to make popcorn for movies! All major appliances in place, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge are family size. Coffee maker and Starbucks Athena espresso maker for your caffeine needs. Blender also doubles as a soup maker!

Location & Map
Whistler Lagoons is located just off the main village, across from the marketplace shopping centre in Village North. It is very easy to park your car and never use it again until you leave, with most shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. During ski season, there is a free shuttle that takes you almost door to door to the lifts. The main grocery store is less than a 5 minute walk. We think this is the best location in Whistler as it completely avoids the crowds and noise (sometimes) of the village. Easy access to biking trails and hiking make it a perfect spot to enjoy Whistler in any season.

Quiet and Close to the Village

We absolutely had a great time staying at The Lagoons. It was great having a well equipped kitchen and having the bedrooms upstairs away from the main living space and the bbq made cooking on 80 degree days much more pleasant. Our boys lived the hot tub on the deck and used it every day.
What would I change? There is not air conditioning and we happened to be there over one of the hottest weeks of the year. There were 5 fans which we ran constantly and it helped to keep the air moving, but it was still really warm until well after 10pm. The only other minor drawback? The knob to control the washing machine was broken and we needed to use pliers (my husband had a tool kit in the car ) to turn it. The washer worked fine, and it was great going home with clean laundry, it was just hard on my fingers turning the knob until he got the pliers. I did clean cob-webs out of the corners and not all of the light bulbs were working, but that was minor and I did not contact the manager so he never had a chance to fix it and we've never rented a condo without a few quirks, I still think we got a great value from our vacation budget and would not hesitate to rent here again. It would have been nice if there were a pool on the property, but we knew when we booked the unit that there was not a pool and if the weather had been cooler, we would not have cared to have one.
The location is perfect, close to the village, but not in the center of the crowds. Just across the street from the grocery store and a 5 minute walk to the base of Whistler. It was quiet at night and having a reserved parking spot made life easy.

This condo is absolutely wonderful! Fully equipped with everything you can imagine, including a Kurig, SodaStream, popcorn maker, and over 20 family board games. There's free wifi, expensive tv channels, and a Wii.
The hot tub on the patio was great, and there are more than enough towels so that you don't have to use your hot tub towel for every day showering. The place was immaculate and well-kept, and right across from the village! Everything was just perfect and we can't wait to stay here for our next girls getaway!

We had a long stay so needed a few things sink plug in the kitchen, extra garbage bags and a long handle broom to sweep up around the heavy use areas kitchen mainly. Loved the location and it was a great place to stay. Easy access to amenities. Good security response to manage noise from neighbour guests party. Great coffee maker choices and kitchen amenities

A couple light bulbs burned out but we were able to replace from spares available at the property. Bathrooms were short on T.P. (should have been 12 rolls in each bathroom as per the owner but we found only 2-3 each). Owner supplied extra T.P. supplies by Monday afternoon of our stay so no inconvenience.
The kitchen has several choices for making coffee but the counter space was restricted with all the machines and the popcorn maker was a nice touch but ended up sitting on the porch for the duration of our stay. We enjoyed cooking gourmet meals in the kitchen but found the oven instrumentation somewhat confusing to operate - the convection feature nice but overall speed of heating to high temperatures seemed very slow.
Hot tub was great after being reassured the milky color of the water when the jets were operated - was normal. Overall great value for our stay and quiet at night.View Full Review

We switched to this property last minute due to issues at the one we had already booked but it was such a blessing!! We loooved it. The owner was very nice and accommodating, quick to reply to communication. This was truly a home away from home!
Very cozy, clean and tidy! Exactly as advertised and better. The kitchen was better equipped than my own- even for the most pretentious European coffee drinkers. There were 3 types of coffee machines, pots and pans to cook for an army, even a spice rack! Being right across from IGA Market Place and the BC Liquor store made it that more convenient to cook and eat at home after a long, beautiful day of skiing. The private hot tub is on the 2nd floor with a view of the mountain and lots of privacy. We only wish we had known there was a barbecue as well. Perfect for families or even just friends. Very nice and quiet! Practically in the village and no issues with parking as there are plenty of unreserved spots in the secured parking lot.
If you are skiing, you may drive up to the free parking lots (Lot 7 or 8) and park right next to the lifts - no need to walk through the village or catch the bus. Although, everything is a very short walk!

Our stay at Whistler Lagoons was great! Tom was very easy to communicate with and helped make our stay very comfortable. There were two families of 3 during our stay (4 adults/2 children) and the unit fit us perfect. The bunk room was perfect for the two 11-year olds. The unit was clean, and well equipped with all the amenities we needed and the hot tub was nice after a good mountain bike ride. The unit is very central for location and we were able to walk to great restaurants, shopping, etc., and most biking trails were within a few minutes of riding.. The only thing I would suggest that could have been added was propane for the BBQ, but other than that, there was everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.View Full Review

We had a great time at this property. We were 4 adults and 1 child and the place was a perfect size and set up for us. The location is great too - a couple of minutes walk to get the free bus to the main gondola lifts made for extra convenience. Walking into the main village is only a few minutes too so it really is well positioned.
The house itself really feels homely without feeling we were intruding at someone's place. The extra touches like the glove drier was appreciated. The hot tub was great too. We didn't get to use the BBQ as it had run out of gas. Thank youView Full Review

Had a great time with 4 Guys for our 29th year in a row. Stayed at over 30 places over the years so we are fairly picky. Plenty of space for cooking ,drinking and watching TV which is a must for my crew. Hit the slopes 4 days out of 5 and the bus was only steps away to get to the lifts within minutes.The Marketplace stores are across the street and super easy access to load up your fridge for things you forgot from Costco on the way to Whistler. Hot tub and barbecue on the decks were a huge bonus compared to dining out and soaking in a tub with complete strangers. Loading your stuff from the garage up stairs was a bit of a pain but well worth it once your settled in. Best price for a 3 bedroom and a pull out in the living room @ super close to everything.Thanks again Tom we will definitely be staying again.View Full Review

This place is amazing. The amenities are great! The location is perfect. The place wasn't cleaned before we came and owner responded immediately and offered a reimbursement for the cleaning fee amount.
The only con is all the stairs and no baby gates. We were warned of this ahead of time so it's all on me, but if you have a toddler I would def recommend you bring a gate or that owners think of supplying one or two. We blocked with chairs and portable cribs, but one year olds are creative!
Other than that, the owners were amazingly helpful and attentive in a million ways and were completely dedicated to us having a great experience. We will def come back to this one. The hot tub off the master is reason alone!

Absolutely will recommend this accommodations to anyone going to Whistler. The owner responded so quickly to any questions I had, and was so nice to deal with!!! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly think of. The hottub was new and such a nice end of the day treat, after biking or ziplining!!! The townhouse is in a great location, walking distance to everything. Definitely will be back to the Lagoons!!!View Full Review

Our family stayed for Ironman week and could not have asked for a better place. A 2 minute walk to the finish line and all the Expo events. The unit is very nice with beautiful views. The property owners are great and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend staying in this unit and will be my first choice when I return to Whistler.View Full Review

Tom and Tamara are wonderful, accommodating hosts who have an amazing place. We were two families with kids under 6 and it was fantastic. The condo is just steps away from the Marketplace and a great kids playground. It is also close to the library, which was great for the rainy day! The condo is perfectly stocked for every type of family and even for visitors without kids. There is a great selection of kids books, board games, and even video games for those interested. The kitchen is very well equipped for the adults too! We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again, perhaps next time in the winter! Thanks to Tom and Tamara for a wonderful stay!

Ideal Whistler location, comfortable, homely accommodation for a family or group

We stayed in 9 Lagoons for 12 nights and had a fantastic time. The attention and helpfulness of the host Tom was well beyond expectations and the accommodation itself also exceeded our expectations. As for location, this would have to be one of the better spots as you are a stones throw from the supermarket, village bars/eateries and shops and the ski shuttle stops right outside the front gate. View of mountain in the morning also splendid (and helpful!). Each of the 3 bedrooms have TVs and access to satellite TV plus there is a host of games (electronic and old school board). There are new major appliances, a spa pool and 3 bathrooms. It's easy to stay here with a larger group ( we were 2 adults and 2 teens). We have no complaints and strongly recommend this option, we found it excellent value for money. It's not super plush and a few of the amenities are due for a refresh, but very comfortable with a genuine feeling of home, which I personally find more important.
