Welcome to our newly renovated one bedroom condo in The Wildwood Lodge.  Peaceful, comfortable and cozy with heated tile floors, free wifi and secured underground parking, you are close to the everything you need to enjoy Whistler. The hot tub is open year round for relaxing after an activity-filled day.  The outdoor pool is open to soak up the sun in the summer.  Located a 5-minute walk from the upper village and just above the main village, and a short walk to the lifts, this condo is a fantastic addition to your holiday.  Convenient to the Lost Lake cross country trails and swimming and golf in the summer.  Walking distance to the village and also on the free shuttle bus route.  To book our home simply click on "reserve now" at the top of the page.

Location

Wildwood Lodge is located just above Whistler Village: a 5-minute walk to the upper village and about 15 minutes to walk to the main village.  Or grab the free shuttle bus - the bus stops right at the condo. For skiing in the morning just walk across the road and go down a short trail right to the Wizard chairlift for full access to the mountains. To ski home in the afternoon you just exit the hill on the trail just above the "Woodrun" and follow it to the road. Go to the end of the street and walk up and across to cross the bus stop you will be on the trail that comes out at the bottom of the condo. Access to Lost Lake and the X-country trails are just minutes away.

Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking. A $150 cleaning charge will be assessed if it is found that there was smoking inside the condo. Smoking permited on outside deck only.
Travel Reseller Bookings - no Referral Fee offered We gratefully accept & invite travel re-seller, tour operator and 3rd party bookings. We do not pay a commission on the posted rate. Please invoice the Guest directly and independently to include your fee.

Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties Absolutely not allowed
Long Term Renters (Monthly) We generally rent for shorter periods but are happy to consider your inquiry

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policies:
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee if cancelled at least 30 days prior to reservation date. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds given for delayed or late arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided by email once booking is fully paid. Be sure to bring these check in instructions with you. There are no front desk services available to assist you with check in.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation of booking and loss of first deposit. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged

Guest Stay Policies

BBQ Not Permitted Building does not permit BBQ's
Bike Storage Common bike room provided. Not recommended for expensive mountain bikes. Please ask us for on mountain storage options. Under no circumstances can bikes be stored in condo's
Check-In Time 4pm. We apologize but we cannot accommodate early check in's during ski season.
Check-Out Time 10am. We apologize but we cannot accommodate late check out's during the ski season. We do not have facilities to store luggage.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Occupants may be charged for cleaning that is beyond normal cleaning related to staying in the condo.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Forgotten Items by Guest Please ensure every effort is made to take all items with you when you depart. Forgotten items can be returned to the guest at the guests expense.
Housekeeping Clean on arrival - we can arrange mid-stay clean for additional charge.
Internet Availability & Usage Complimentary wireless internet provided
Liability Guest Responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises
Locking Door Door does not automatically lock upon exit. Please ensure you lock the door when leaving

Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints,common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior whilein the property or on common premises.

Great Location! Very clean and quiet building. Loved the key less code entry for the building and place. Also, very convenient to have free under ground parking. It was a little warm at night but it helped to have 2 fans going.

Quiet, clean and recenly renovated

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit was nicely (recently?) renovated so it was in good shape as well as being quite clean. The furniture (including the bed) were all comfortable and seemed new. My husband was pleased with how well equipped the kitchen was, including a good set of quality pots and pans. He was also happy with how dark the bedroom was at night. (Unusual in vacation rentals!)

It's a good location if you are looking for a place away from the crowds and noise. It was a nice walk to the village and very quiet at night. Even though there was very little snow in the village (mid March), we could sort of ski to the lifts by crossing the street and following a short path. We had to take off our skis for part of it but it was much better than waiting for the bus every morning.

Lastly, Wayne was easy to communicate with and seemed very friendly and interested in making sure that our stay went well. We didn't meet him but I contacted him with some questions before we arrived and he answered promptly.

We come to Whistler a few times a year and we will definitely try to rent this unit again. It was one of the best we've found there and we've tried quite a few!

Wayne was a great contact and we had a blast on our honeymoon. Perfect for a two person get a way. Might be a bit crowded for more then that. Skied the path right to the lift every morning. Worth every penny. Would rent out again!

Wildwood - great place to spend your ski holiday

Great property, well located on the hill with good access to the mountain. Not easy ski-in/out but better than most. Easy walk down the hill for restaurants and great for cooking yourself up a storm. Really well fitted out apartment everything you could want for a comfortable stay. We needed to engage the owners regarding the stay and they were great providing prompt feedback and being of every assistance. Would stay there again.

A perfect place to stay for us senior skiers . Ski in ski out is convenient , although a little tricky depending on the snow in the village. Hot tub is fun, meeting other skiers. Great, that there is free parking ! It would be nice to add an endtable with a table lamp for reading.

Winter vacation at the Wildwood

We stayed one week at Wayne's condo in Wildwood. We have stayed in this complex before and most like the true ski in ski out aspect.We used the Jacuzzi every night and the ski lockers are very convenient. The condo was just as described and clean with what looks like recent upgrades in tile work, flooring and paint.

Wayne was very responsive and the welcome package contained all info needed. We would stay here again.
