Please enjoy this beautifully renovated one bedroom condo in the very popular Marquise. Located on the 5 th floor this quiet end unit condo has very nice views of Blackcomb. The building has a fabulous year round heated swimming pool, hot tub and sauna plus fitness room. Located just above the village it is a short shuttle ride to the village and Lost Lake cross country trails are minutes away. You will certainly enjoy your vacation in this condo.

Travel Reseller Bookings - no Referral Fee offered We gratefully accept & invite travel re-seller, tour operator and 3rd party bookings. We do not pay a commission on the posted rate. Please invoice the Guest directly and independently to include your fee.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Any
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if cancelled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking
Delayed Arrivals No refunds give for late or delayed arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information via email upon fully paid booking
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation of booking and loss of first deposit. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a $100 cleaning charge.
Excessive Noise Please respect the building quiet time of 10pm to 8am. Any noise complaints could result in eviction or a fine.
Forgotten Items by Guest Please make every effort to take all belongings home with you. If by chance you forget an item we can send it back to you at your expense
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 7 days or more. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a nominal fee
Internet Availability & Usage Complimentary wireless internet provided
Liability Guest responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises

Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints,common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior whilein the property or on common premises.

Best 1-Bdrm unit at the Marquise

The lodge Choose your room wisely. Most rooms are not updated. Unit 503 is renovated. The ski out path for the lodge is across the street from the main driveway and less than 200 feet down Spearhead drive. Laundry facilities were clean and a free ski locker is available at the parking level. Free village bus service every 10 minutes at the top of the drive way. We did not use the heated pool, sauna, gym or hot tub but other people were & all looked to be in order. Reservations: Unit 503 may be viewed on https://www.alluradirect.com by entering the owner’s last name “Johnston”. Most communication was via email however I had no problem reaching someone at Westwind Properties (managing agent) by phone when I had questions about the place. Check in: Just show up & go directly to the room. Check out: Just close the door behind you. The unit Unit 503 has one large bedroom with a queen bed, large closet, dresser, desk, TV. The bathroom has an entrance through the bedroom and another from the main area. It has a granite vanity top extended beyond the sink cabinet, deep soaking tub, drawer space, but only 1 towel rack (a collapsible drying rack is provided). The kitchen is all new with all new kitchenware that included everything we needed to prepare 3 meals a day. In the living area there is a new comfortable sleeper sofa (the web site advertises a “futon”), small table for 4, pantry, side chair, flat screen TV and a heat producing electric fireplace. The living area is uncluttered which allowed more space for our own stuff. There is a coat closet at the entry and a bench which we used for changing into ski boots. There is a small balcony overlooking the main entrance area. It was quiet at night but don’t expect complete darkness when the blinds are closed because the Lodge outside is flooded with light. Not sure what went wrong, but I had to call Westwind Properties to make sure we received our 1 scheduled cleaning. When housekeeping came they were courteous and did a great job. We really appreciated this clean, contemporary, bright unit!
