We are situated in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. A short ski to the Silver Queen chairlift gets you on the hill. It is just a quick walk to Brewers Pond for skating, Tube Town for tubing and Adventure Park for snowmobiling for the kids. You can eaily access cross country ski trails and snowshoe trails as well from our location . A 7-minute walk will take you to the village centre, restaurants, shopping and Kids Centre.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property , or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without a refund! Please be considerate of your neighbours.
Garbage Removal At time of departure all garbage should be placed in the garbage containers in the garage.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Additional housekeeping may be available on request.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or any location in Silver Star.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for replacement of missing items.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.
Parking & Ticketing 2 parking spaces are available in the garage. If an additional space is required a parking pass must be issued. If cars are parked in the parking lot without a parking pass they will be towed.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via email of changes prior to their arrival.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, unauthorized pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises

Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Reservation Guarantee If a situation arises that is out of our control, we will find you another suitable arrangement. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products

Great space for two families

This property was as-advertised and was well-equipped. It is located within a five to ten minute walk to the village and is true ski-in, ski-out. The garage was long enough to park two vehicles, including a long-box pickup truck. The hot tub was well-maintained (the service person came by when we were in it and says she checks it five days a week!) and conveniently located off the main floor.

We had a nice view of the sunsets. The tube park and skating rink are a five minute walk. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We would stay here again.

We have stayed at this townhome for various ski vacations and it is a perfect location for families to access the ski hill as well as tubing and the pond! Darlene has been so helpful to ensure our vacations were seamless and the house was very clean and well stocked to cook a big meal after the ski day. We hope to return soon!

Great location for ski in-out at Silver Star. 2 families (8 total) shared this townhome for 3 nights and couldn't be happier. Bunk room with 4 singles was perfect for the kids. Hot tub was great after a hard days skiing. Table for 8 fit everyone for dinner just right. Thanks!

We had a great time at this accommodation. It felt like home in that it was fully stocked with all household items and very cozy. The place was a bit farther out from ski lifts, however, once you figured out how to ski in and out it was fine. Only recommendation is the bedroom pillows were very puffy and hard to sleep on. Other than this no issues were noted. Thank you for a great stay!!

Very nice set up for 2 couples and 2 kids. It was quiet, plenty of room, great area to get ready for the day and store clothing. Boot warmer was fab. Garage very handy and easy to deal with our stuff. Location good next to Queen chair but had to ski into village to get tickets - if downhill skiing this was easy, if x-county a little less convenient.

The owner was great and answered or email promptly even while there. Only two issues: hard to see unit number in the dark, and no whisk (my husband the cook wanted an egg beater and waffle iron). Thanks for the great stay.
