Welcome to our home away from home.  Our fully renovated property located on Whistler's Benchlands with unobstructed views of the mountains and 1st green of the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf course.  Take advantage of the property's great location close to the ski lifts, ski in access, cross country ski right at your door steps, access to fantastic trails and 5 minute walk to Lost Lake for beach activity in the summer.

The property is bright and spacious with large windows allowing for breathtaking vistas, while inside enjoy a warm and comfortable modern classic decor.  After skiing unwind by the wood-burning fireplace in the living room or relax at the outdoor hot tub.

The open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, stove top espresso maker and milk froth, cookware, tableware and cutlery allowing easy dining and entertaining.  The living room features a 1080p 60 inch flat screen plasma, Bose home theater sound system, Blue Ray DVD player, apple TV, and high-speed wireless Internet.    

The property features 3 large bedrooms all with great views of the mountains and alpine vistas (sleeps 8 with maximum 6 adults). The property also features in suite washer and dryer. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom and walk in closet.  The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, dresser, and large closet space, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (4 beds), dresser and large closet.   The Kitchen and bathrooms have heated floor tiles for those cold winter months.  Guests will benefit from one secure underground parking spot and plenty of guest underground parking.

This property has one of the best layouts in Whistler. You can have 3 families comfortably stay together.  Please see the photos which shows the floor plan.


Sleeping Areas & Beds

All rooms are very spacious with great closet space.  The Masterbedroom has it's own private deck where you can enjoy a glass wine in the evening while watching the sun set.  The other 2 bedrooms have a bathroom right outsdie the door.  Both bedrooms have a nice view of Blackcomb Mountain.

Living Area

Large open space with 16ft ceilings.  Large couch that accomadates 4 people The couch has a high and deep back which allows you to sit very comfortably with your head rested on the back of the couch.  There are two other chairs and poofs that allow for alot of people to sit comfortably in the space. There is 60inch flat screen with a dvd player, Apple TV and netflix's.  Free WIFI available.  The wood burning fireplace is a nice touch to an already cozy room.

Dining Area

The dining area is set up with a nice glass table that comfortably sits 8.  Could accomodate 10 if needed.

We are located in the Benchlands just up from the Four Seasons.  We look onto the Chateau Whistler golf course.  The location is very bright and open as we are not located in the trees however are surrounded by trees. 600 meters from Lift, Valley Trail of our doorstep and 10 minuite walk to village.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs You will be charged if the unit requires excessive cleaning. Our cleaning service will advise if the home has been left in an unacceptable condition.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise will result in eviction without a refund!. This is not a party complex. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
Garbage Removal The garbage and recycling rooms are beside the parking garage entrance. Please ensure all garbage is thrown away. At no time should you leave any food or garbage outside.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guest of guest while they are on our property, strata property or any other location in the Whistler Ski resort.

Summer stay in Whistler

We go to Whistler every summer and this has been by far our favorite place. Fully appointed kitchen, great bbq, bright and spacious living & kitchen area, comfortable beds, great location with shuttle bus to village if you are feeling lazy to walk.

Close to the trails for biking, walking or running. Close enough to the village but far enough away to make you feel like you in the mountains with a beautiful view of the mountains and golf course. Sleeps two families of four perfectly. We hope to return again either in winter or summer.

We loved this place. It worked out perfectly for our group of 6. The house was clean, plenty of space for everyone, plenty of board games (for the rainy day), and the bus stop across the street made it easy to get to the base of the mountain.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Whistler!

Great place for a young family!

Overall everything was excellent. A cute property with ample room for a young family...our three year old twins loved the books and toys and there was ample amenities like dishes, towels, etc. We could have easily accommodated a second couple. Love the apple TV and second TV in the bedroom...and heated floors!
