Welcome to our Villa in Terra Verde Resort!
Just perfect for families who want to be close to the Orlando Theme parks but don't want to spend big $$$ on accommodation!
This wonderful pool home is located in the highly popular gated resort community of Terra Verde.
This great fully air conditioned family home comes fully equipped with all you will need for a great family vacation.
The living room has two large comfortable sofas, one of these converts in to a queen sleeper sofa for those additional guests.
There is a large flat screen TV and Blue Ray/DVD player for your enjoyment.
A PS3 game console and large selection of games is also available for some additional fun!
The dining area has seating for 6 guests and there is also a small breakfast bar and stools in the kitchen/dining area.
The kitchen itself is fully equipped with all pots and pans, flatware, glassware and silverware to enable you to create quick snacks and full blown family meals. Fully equipped with dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc.
The home is further equipped with a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience.
Also on this level is the first of 3 family bathrooms with large walk in shower, sink and toilet. The first of the 4 bedrooms is also on this level and consists of 2 twin beds, nightstand, alarm clock, built in closet and drawer storage space. There is also a wall mounted 32" flat screen tv for your enjoyment!
Moving upstairs you will find the homes remaining 3 bedrooms. Fourthly there is the King master bedroom with private en suite bathroom, King side bed, 2 nightstands and lamps, alarm clock, built in closet, ceiling fan, dresser and a 32" flat screen TV make up this wonderful room.
Second bedroom on this level is a queen bedroom with queen bed, 2 nightstands, lamps, alarm clock, ceiling fan, built in closet, and the all-important wall mounted 32" flat screen TV!
And lastly bedroom 4 consisting 2 twin beds, nightstand, lamp, ceiling fan, alarm clock, built in closet and of course another 32" flat screen wall mounted TV!
The 3rd family bathroom is also on this level and has a large walk in shower, sink and toilet. All bathrooms also have electric hair dryers.
Moving back downstairs we take a look outside the home where you will no doubt spend a lot of your vacation time enjoying Florida’s wonderful climate!
Through the patio doors leads out to you own private patio area which is fully screened to help keep out insects but still lets the sun shine through.
The patio area has an attractive block paved surface surrounding your very own private swimming pool. No rear neighbors at this home.
The pool deck is furnished with table, chairs and some sun loungers. The pool area has a pretty private aspect and we are sure you will enjoy this area during your stay.
