 Welcome!

Stay at our Ski in Ski out condo at the Marquise with easy access to all amenities. The Marquise is located in the exclusive Upper Village above the Chateau Whistler and offers the convenience of slopeside access to Blackcomb mountain and the Wizard Chair lift. We have ski-in and ski-out access trails located about 20 metres from the building. The area is quiet and private, away from the noise of the nightclubs. Ideal for guests who wish to enjoy the peace and beauty of the mountains but who also wish all services and facilities close by. There are shops and restaurants located in the Upper Village which is a short stroll away or walk for 10 minutes to reach the central village and marketplace. If you don't feel like walking then catch the free village shuttle which stops outside the Marquise. 

Recreational facilities at the Marquise include an outdoor heated swimming pool with beautiful mountain views, hot-tub, sauna and exercise room. We also provide  free high-speed internet.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days No restrictions. You may arrive on any day of the week
Cancellations Made by Guests Refund if 60 days notice given. First night non-refundable. If less than 60 days notice, refund will be for portion of booking replaced. 4% cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted. Payment will guarantee your booking.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds given. We are not responsible for delayed arrivals for any reason. No refunds for unused nights.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed after full payment received.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, the guest acknowledges that they have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due date with result in cancellation without deposit refund. Guests may rebook if dates are available. Deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Bike Storage A locked bike storage room is available in the parking garage. Use at own risk, we are not responsible for any losses. Sorry, we cannot allow bikes to be stored in our condo (strata rules apply)
Check-In Time 4:00pm. Early check-in may be possible. Please ask us before arrival.
Check-Out Time 10:00am strictly enforced unless previously agreed to with owner. Late check-out may be possible, ask us before arrival. Please leave the condo in a tidy state, remove garbage and wash dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise may result in eviction without refund. Excessive noise which disturbs others in the building between the hours of 10:30pm and 8:30am is prohibited according to strictly enforced strata bylaws.
Garbage Removal Bagged garbage must be removed from the condo on departure. Please do not leave garbage in the condo!
Housekeeping Complimentary cleaning done before arrival and after departure. Stayover clean done every 7 days if booking exceeds 10 days. Extra cleaning on request at guest's expense. Cleaning products and vacuum provided for use if required. Laundry facilities are located on the 1st floor if required. Please do not ask the cleaners to come back at another time as they charge for attending and any reschedules will be billed to the guest.
Internet Availability & Usage Internet services are available for the guest's convenience. Internet abuse including, but not limited to, downloading copyrighted material is prohibited.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury while in our home, in transit to or on resort property. Travel insurance is highly recommended
Locking Door It is your responsibility to ensure that the front door of the condo is locked when leaving the condo.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4 people.
Noise Restrictions This is strictly enforced by the Marquise Strata. Bylaw fines will be applied for excessive noise
