Stay at our Ski in Ski out condo at the Marquise with easy access to all amenities. The Marquise is located in the exclusive Upper Village above the Fairmont Chateau Whistler and offers the convenience of slopeside access to Blackcomb mountain and the Wizard Chair lift. We have ski-in and ski-out access trails located about 20 metres from the building on the other side of Spearhead Drive. The area is quiet and private, away from the noise of the nightclubs. Ideal for guests who wish to enjoy the peace and beauty of the mountains but who also wish all services and facilities close by. There are shops and restaurants located in the Upper Village which is a short stroll away or walk for 10 minutes to reach the central village and marketplace. If you don't feel like walking then catch the free village shuttle which stops outside the Marquise. 

Recreational facilities at the Marquise include an outdoor heated swimming pool with beautiful mountain views, hot-tub, sauna and exercise room. We also provide  free high-speed internet.

There is no street parking in winter and limited street parking during other seasons.

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage A locked bike storage room is available in the parking garage. Use at own risk, we are not responsible for any losses. Sorry, we cannot allow bikes to be stored in our condo (strata rules apply)
Check-In Time 4:00pm. Early check-in may be possible. Please ask us before arrival.
Check-Out Time 10:00am strictly enforced unless previously agreed to with owner. Late check-out may be possible, ask us before arrival. Please leave the condo in a tidy state, remove garbage and wash dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise may result in eviction without refund. Excessive noise which disturbs others in the building between the hours of 10:30pm and 8:30am is prohibited according to strictly enforced strata bylaws.
Garbage Removal Bagged garbage must be removed from the condo on departure. Please do not leave garbage in the condo!
Housekeeping Complimentary cleaning done before arrival and after departure. Stayover clean done every 7 days if booking exceeds 10 days. Extra cleaning on request at guest's expense. Cleaning products and vacuum provided for use if required. Laundry facilities are located on the 1st floor if required. Please do not ask the cleaners to come back at another time as they charge for attending and any reschedules will be billed to the guest.
Internet Availability & Usage Internet services are available for the guest's convenience. Internet abuse including, but not limited to, downloading copyrighted material is prohibited.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury while in our home, in transit to or on resort property. Travel insurance is highly recommended
Locking Door It is your responsibility to ensure that the front door of the condo is locked when leaving the condo.

We found the unit ideal for what we wanted. The Marquise is in a great location with easy bus access to the village. It was a short walk to the slope leading to the Wizard Express which seldom had crowds and an easy ski out .

The unit was good value for money. The only issue we had was trying to remember all of the access codes!

Good property on the highside of the hill, so be ready for this in your planning. very well appointed and nothing left to chance. Would recommend for people who are looking for a good place to stay and are prepared to be outside the village. Transport is easy to come by and so you are never really inconvenienced. Would stay there again.

This was a fine little condo with one huge problem. The bed. To begin. We loved the location. The place was clean and most everything worked. Kitchen knives were typically dull, the large stove top burner did not work and the refrigerator froze our eggs solid but milk would not get cold..Oddly, a broom is provided but no dust pan. Unit decoration is in a late 80's time warp.

Overall, a fair value for a fair price. Nothing special. But, the bed was very uncomfortable. Worse than the pull out couch! My poor 60 year old wife slept on the floor all 5 nights. If you care at all about your customers please replace the mattress with a really good one.. Why else do you rent a condo except to sleep? As an old skier a comfortable night sleep is a requirement. Thank you.

Fantastic unit in upper Whistler village. Very friendly hosts and reasonable rates. Keyless system made checkin/checkout a breeze and no worries about losing keys!

Very short walk to bottom of Blackcomb mountain with chairs that weren't too busy while we were there. Would definitely stay here again :)

I stayed here for almost a month in the Autumn of 2015. Everything was fine and there were no problems. The unit has big windows to the south so there was lots of light. I can imagine that it might tend to a little hot in summer, but there is an air-conditioner in the bedroom that should alleviate this.

The TV had a great selection of channels. The main bed in its own separate bedroom was in good condition. It was quite firm so if you don't cope well with a firm mattress bringing a light foam overlay might be worth considering.
